Boat airdops 441 case(battery) is not charging charging problem

Sir/Maam,

It has been 1 month since I had sent my earphones for repair because it was under warrenty. And now it has been more then 1 month I have not received it back. The company is simply making delays in delivery. Now i am really fed up by their service. Please either refund my money or give me my product back.

Hi, I purchased the BoAt eardopes, and I kinda liked the product but I only have one problem that because they were wireless, they kept on falling . As a user, I cannot just wait for them to fall . I cannot just put them and not dare to tilt or move my head . The product is FINE, but the problem is with its falling . I had a suggestion, thus am writing this complaint, Why dont you people add a little more magnetic property to it where you have put the charging port.

My Bluetooth earphone rockerz 295 v2 ...suddenly stopped comminicatimg reality of full charging ..I am not anle to start same n listen anything .

Boat blutooth head set not charging, the time of charging it is getting more heat .As per the Boat service center address lalni infotech, there are not responding at all, they are telling why you have purchased Boat, boat is not a good company product .we are not responsible for this Boat product .

I have raised a warranty complaint in boat on 22 may 2021. But after 28 May, I have not received any updates. Everytime executive say product will be delivered this week. But i am not getting any updates. Please help. Me to get it back. Ticket no. 2390647

Hi, I purchased airdopes 171 on May 7th 2021 through Amazon. However the left dope stopped working within few days. The case and the bud got heated when I tried to charge.

My bluetooth earphone boat 295v2 has issue it's one side not working.
I have registered complaint back on 5 june and got reply on 6th with pickup details mentioning waybill number of bluedart amd a tracking link but since then no communication has been done from boat regarding pickup.
I have called there unprofessional sercvice center several times and mail them tons but still no reply.
Product is under warranty now, not completed first year.

I have purchased boat Rockerz 550 (red) wireless headphones few months back, when found issue with the product raised a ticket#:2419466 on May 27 202 but till now no response.They picked up the product and sent it to a warehouse at Borivali.Now they sent another person to pick up the product but the product was already given for replacement.

I have complained twice but my problem is not solved please help me

I had complaint on 31st May 2021 in support.boat.in and costumer care say that techician visit within 48hrs but they doesn't. I had called many times but all time they make plead and know present time Technical team didn't visit for checking default in soundbar.

I had purchased boat rockerz 255pro bluetooth wireless earphones in diwali sale. After few months I wasn't getting battery backup as mentioned by the company so I registered a complaint and they provided me with a ticket number - 2288730 and awb[protected], on the next day itself it was pickedup by bluedart delivery boy on 23rd April 2021. I got a message on that they have received my earphones on 1st may 2021 in there service center. I tried to track my product on their website by the help of ticket no -2288730, it shows on 8th may 2021 that replacement product was picked up by their courier partner which is going to out for delivery they had accepted my earphones for replacement so i contacted their delivery partner which was Delivery, they said that they didn't receive the product physically, so i tried calling on their customer executive and on 12th may and after that again and again and they keep answering me same that your product will be delivered within few days and its been more than 2months I haven't received my product yet, I even shared my query on Twitter and there also they keep bluffing and i didn't get the resolution for. My query yet. So i tried to google for help, i got to know all the worst reviews of boat that their company employees are least bother to answer phones, to replace product - their are people who didn't received their products which were in warranty and its been above two month.

They gave me ticket number again which was also useless as the first one. I'm adding all the necessary screenshots related to my query.

I think they are Frauding their customer by not returning any product and they think that common people cannot even touch them. I'm req to gov. Please take actions against this company.

My boat bassheads 100 earphones stopped working so i claimed a replacement product. My earphones had been picked up on 7 june and replaced product issued on 12th of june but now it has been almost 2 weeks but it's but it's not displaced yet. Courier partner Delhivery. When i track my product it shows that pick up pending. Ticket id-2482064

Whenever I called customer care they just say you will get update soon and give me one deadline but never received my worth 3500 rupees watch 🥺

I have purchased 2 earphones log boAt company one is bluetooth earphones, with model no. 255 rougher with prow and another wired earphones. I have informed respected company three times between march till date .. Bluetooth earphones having problem of charging .In that even after 2 hours of charging but do not 100 % percent charge moreover it's playback time with full charging is less then 4 hours .Once within 2- 3 hours of continuous usage it got discharge suddenly after reaching 50 %, with another earphones it is having connection problem while it's connect with the phone it produces humming disturbance sound which irritates a lot also the mike even after 2-3 times plugin and plug out of earphones creates repetition or echo .I have informed about the same through websites as well as mail . Kindly look after this cause this problem was raised within two months of purchase .Such ignorance and reckless behavior do not match with the brand of company. Seeking for positive reply at earliest..

Did received defective soundbar Boat Aavante Bar 3100D. When called customer care they are making fool just giving false commitments.
