One of the piece dismantled while pulling from the unit. Since it was under warranty, I raised a complaint, however, even after the 2nd complaint, sharing the complete details, I received faulty replacement. The replacement piece seemed to be used products, which might have been returned as they were faulty and the same been sent to the customers who raised complaints. It is ridiculous and truly not expected from Boat, with the products above INR 1999. Today, I raised another complaint as I received the replacement of which the left ear piece is not working. It could have been figured so easily as even the indicator light does not glow. I doubt whether a quality check is performed.
