I have registered a complaint with boat for one of my airdopes replacment it's been more than one month but I haven' t received my product back from them and the product was picked one month ago and delivered to service center but was not replaced to me again after that and they are not updating anything now.

I ordered boat Airdopes 441 through Amazon. My headphones suddenly had a mic issues and bass problems. I've filed a complaint against it. My product has been picked up by the delhivery couriers. Its been more than 4 months I didn't receive my product. I had covid-19 .so, that I couldn't contact the courier team that time. Please, look into that and return my product ASAP.

I purchased BOAT Airdopes 381 which worked for like 4 months perfectly fine but then they started having some issue like the right earphone was unable to get charged even when case is fully charges, but as there was 1 year warranty in that product so I replaced it and got another one which worked for just like a month & half and started giving issue like the left earphone had very low or negligible sound, again i replaced it as the product was in warranty and got another which worked for just like a day or 2 and is having using like the right earphone is not even getting on. So now I am fed up of these replacement time period of 10 days which just gives another defective nd used product.
Never gonna trust BOAT againðŸ˜ and even never gonna recommend it to anyone else. ðŸ˜©

On the 2nd of may, I had purchased a boat Rockerz 335 neck band ( ocean blue in colour) from Amazon. However on the 2nd of july, it stopped functioning. Since the product was within the warranty period, I registered a complaint with Boat where they accepted the invoice, issued me a service ticket number and a delivery person from expressbees collected the said product. On 12th July, the tracking details is displaying wh handover. However I have definitely not received my item. The customer care is inaccessible. Kindly help.

On the same day I have put a return complaint on boat ear phones, which was taken by some executive after sometime he called and gave me back the product with no reason just mentioned it is not qualified. I really got irritated nothing was missing in the product but sill did not qualified ðŸ˜’ which is even not used more than a hour how they decided I do not understand.

any permission. i am unable to charge them .charger is also not working.
So, As i have recently purchased these ear podes and they are in warranty . i want them replaced.

Regarding Boat Airdopes 441. Even after being in the box whole day, the maximum time they can be used without getting discharged is only half hour. And even when charged, the voice is unclear and lagging. I sincerely request to replace my product since it is within the warranty period.

I placed warranty for my boat Bassheads 100 (white) on 1 June 2021. It was received by the company and everything went well and I received a notification that my earphones will be arriving on 15th June, but the delivery man never came. When I checked the status of my ticket on boat support website, it shows "product delivered to your address" but I never got it. It's been almost a month since when the should've arrived. Please deliver to me my earphones Boat.
