.i gave them on 2nd june for warranty replacement.but now they Are returning my earphone. my ticket no is 2439927.boat customer care no is[protected] . i want my earphone back.

I orderd boat airdopes 381 trebel collection on June 1 2021, it has boat mask free on it as per them my order was splitted into 2 parts from which I got the mask which was free on airdopes but its more than 15 days I called their customer care they said my order was cancelled because stock is not available but the didn't inform me about that and when I ask about refund they are saying it will take 30 days. my order id is 423663. there mail ids are not working I want my product or my refund as soon as possible.

Cable dose not work

I had ordered airdops 381 from boat . Upon usage i realized that the sound on one side is very faint and the other side is proper. I tried cleaning it but the problem still remains . It has been 2 days since i had registered a complaint there has been no response and tried contacting the nearby service Centre too it says the number does not exist . I have even sent an email to boat regarding . I have not been able to contact the customer service . I need an exchange for this product as soon as possible . Understanding the COVID restrictions kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I was purchased a Boat Aavante Bar 2000 160 W Bluetooth Soundbar on 30 December 2020, Order ID- OD[protected]. After 2 months base of soundbar was not working properly. I had complant in past but no action had been taken by your company. I am sure that you will take proper action on my complaint whereby the relation between customer and company be good.

Regarding the order I have placed on 22 February, I have opted for the cancellation of the product due to failed delivery on time on March 6th. After contacting customer care Refund process has been initiated but the amount was not refunded within the promised time period.
I have contacted the customer care center several times and the response was the refund will be credited soon.
It has been more than three months from the date of cancellation and the refund amount of 1499 has not been credited to my account till now.

Few days back i had complained a issue on my aipodes 402.The delivery agent took my product with all my product accessories.product is delivered today but i didn't get my product accessories.so, kindly please return my product accessories as soon as possible.Thank you

Edict wired ear phones was not working warrenty period is there

I have ordered boat rockerzz 261 bluetooth earphones (blue) on March 8th, 2021. Due to small issue in the Pincode my order is returned back to warehouse on 25th March.i have mailed to the imagine marketing mail id stating the same and asked for change of PIN CODE. After that I haven't received any response from them till now. I have emailed them 6 times till now but still I haven't received any response. I can understand due to pandamic, it's difficult for them to meet all the grievances in time but that doesn't mean the company will test my patience. I think I have waited patiently enough number of days.

I submit my product on 14t but till yet it didn't come and also now no one answer the call and no one give a damn ### about my product

No one listen my querry my replacement product again and again delay when i call and say that so he/she told me tomarrow i will issue your product but he doesn't issue he told me again and again before last month

I have bought these speakers and they got some defect in them due to some power failure. I am complaining about the speaker for around 2-3 months but still not getting the prompt action to be done
