Hi Team,

There is an issue here. My power bank has been replaced but it is only cell capacity of 10000 mAh. But actually my power bank was of 20000 mAh what I have returned to you. So, why the product has been replaced with very less cell capacity? I want the power bank what I had purchased, the same model and the same power. I want the replacement of same model which I purchased. The model is ( 20000 mAh Energy Shroom PB-18).

Kindly revert asap.

        I registered for claiming warranty on my boat neckband on 21st may, it got picked up on that same day and it reached service center on 24th of may. Now it's going to complete a month but I haven't received replaced product and also there's no information or any type o[censored]pdate of what's going with my product and when it will be returned.

        My ticket no. is 2385668.
        Please consider my complaint and deliver the product as soon as possible.

                          Hello Sir Good Day,

                          Hi my self Y.S.MOULI From Adnhra Pradesh had purchased a product AIRDOPS 402 from FLILKART on December 2020 for first new days the airdops work pretty well but after one month use the when im in call the airdops my voice repeats for twice so for this issue i raised a complaint on ur site and its satisfied the delivery boys comes in time and picked and with a week i get a replacement product

                          Again i start using the product but with a week i faced a issue that the left ear dops is not working so this time again i raise a issue and with 15 days i get the replacement.

                          But this product not getting connected and disconnected. This is the 3 time im raising a issue for this product.

                          so i had call to ur customer care and said the same issue they said that she will talk to his manager and contact me again but dont gat any call

                          so again 2time i call the customer care and she said she cant slove my issue
                          so what i asking is pls replace me this product with some other product i dont want anymore this AIRDPOS 402 we pls give me some other wireless eyerphones in ur BOAT company because i not satisfied with this product if any exces amount also i will pay.i am ok with AIRDOPS 281PRO. pls come in touch with me

                            This is my first experience of buying any product(s) directly via Boat website. To be honest it became like harassment! After ordering, I had to wait a long time with no update via email or message or any other means on my order until I dropped the email where my order is? Finally somehow I received the order now the irony is that the package contained only one item i.e. TRebel Airdopes 131 - Lightpink × 1 (see the attached) and BOAT Rockerz 261 - Red × 1 is missing, not delivered yet.

                            Please be noted that in between...
                            1) I tried to chat on your chat boat. It also ended with no luck as I could not find the option to choose missing items. So it seems your fancy chat boat is just for fun and I became the victim of your latest technology!

                            2) I called up the order delivery # +91 [protected], he simply told please contact the Boat.

                            3) Now today I called on Boat helpdesk # +[protected] dated on Monday 19th April 2021, Strangely I could not get a complaint number to refer in future incase I call back to Boat helpdesk. Upon asking I got the excuse that the complaint number is not provided over call I have to email!

                            This is why I am terming it as harassment!!! By the way I am still waiting for their reply or my missing item to dispatched...

                                My boat progear band is broken, it's been less than an year. That too I am not a heavy user of fitness bands. The band quality is so pathetic that it has broken within a year. They have no replacment for it, and there are no replacment bands available in the market for it. The customer care no. Provided never goes through.

                                      One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 14 april 2021and product is picked on 15 April 2021, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from 8 june 2021, its been 58 days still no update from boat.
