[protected] : I purchased a boAt headphone

I started facing issue in the product and tried for weeks to reach to their customer service via phone / emails but no luck.

I visited their Customer service centre in New Delhi and it was also closed.

They allowed to pickup the product from my hometown Mirzapur, U.P.

On[protected], I generate a ticked request to pickup the product. Ticket No: 2339596.
On[protected], the Bluedart delivery agent picked up my order and was successfully delivered to them on[protected]. Courier Ref ID: 2339596.

I haven't received any update after this. It's been over 3 weeks but no luck. I tried calling them too.

I was having boat rockerz 550 red headphone. But due to charging issue i claimed for warranty benefits. They picked up my headphone, and after 25 days i got a mail that i will be getting a replacement product. Now collectively its been more than 45 days, i have not received my replacement product.

My complaint ticket no is - 2292095

I have claimed a warranty issue(Power On failed) for boat Rockerz 550(Red) on 18th May 2021.The pick up service has picked up the headphones on 19th May 2021.Since then I had no update on the product it's almost 25 days

I ordered boat type c cable on 16th may 2021. After ten days on 26th may 2021 they cancelled my order without my permission and say that I will get refunded ahet 5 to 7 business days.30 days passes but I haven't get my money.

I had paid Rs.1, 899 via paytm for BOAT Airdopes 381 - In ear wireless earbuds. The amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but it was said that the transaction could not be processed due to technical reasons.

Kindly look into this and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

Please note that I tried once again using a different payment method and order was placed, with the money deducted for the second time.

I have ordered Boat bluetooth 260 black colour on 11 june from boat website through upi transaction. My amount of 1249/- was deducted and successfully sent to boat lifestyle but i did not got any shipment details of the products. I have got id in paytm but it is showing invalid while tracking the order.
I want refund of this.

There is an issue here. My power bank has been replaced but it is only cell capacity of 10000 mAh. But actually my power bank was of 20000 mAh what I have returned to you. So, why the product has been replaced with very less cell capacity? I want the power bank what I had purchased, the same model and the same power. I want the replacement of same model which I purchased. The model is ( 20000 mAh Energy Shroom PB-18).

I registered for claiming warranty on my boat neckband on 21st may, it got picked up on that same day and it reached service center on 24th of may. Now it's going to complete a month but I haven't received replaced product and also there's no information or any type o[censored]pdate of what's going with my product and when it will be returned.

Please consider my complaint and deliver the product as soon as possible.

I ordered boat rockerz 450 through the boat website and paid from Paytm wallet Rs-1259.10

I faced some issue in Boat Rockerz 510 and returned it in the period of warranty, but instead I got the different product as Boat Airdopes 381

I ordered a boat Bassheads 100 earphones on 13/6/21 and the money got deducted form my paytm wallet but the order is not placed and i can't find any order details on my account and didn't received any confirmation mail from boat.

I have purchased boat 242 yellow green earphones from boat official website and I got them today but it's package doesn't have any invoice in it . So how I can claim warranty.

Hi my self Y.S.MOULI From Adnhra Pradesh had purchased a product AIRDOPS 402 from FLILKART on December 2020 for first new days the airdops work pretty well but after one month use the when im in call the airdops my voice repeats for twice so for this issue i raised a complaint on ur site and its satisfied the delivery boys comes in time and picked and with a week i get a replacement product

Again i start using the product but with a week i faced a issue that the left ear dops is not working so this time again i raise a issue and with 15 days i get the replacement.

But this product not getting connected and disconnected. This is the 3 time im raising a issue for this product.

so i had call to ur customer care and said the same issue they said that she will talk to his manager and contact me again but dont gat any call

so again 2time i call the customer care and she said she cant slove my issue
so what i asking is pls replace me this product with some other product i dont want anymore this AIRDPOS 402 we pls give me some other wireless eyerphones in ur BOAT company because i not satisfied with this product if any exces amount also i will pay.i am ok with AIRDOPS 281PRO. pls come in touch with me

Today I have faced one more issue. I have call to customer care for 4 time and no one responded well. The executive tell that the manager is busy to answer customer call.

What type of customer care provider you are .

Pls let me know i[censored] can't slove my issue I will raise a complete In Consumer court.
