Wrong product is delivered I have register complaint for Boat Airdopes441 Black but instead of my product the product that is delivered after resolved is Boat Airdopes 171 .on the package it was mentioned right but inside there is different model .and waybill no is different.i want the information status of my products whose

I have give my product on 11may to service.

I ordered a boat BassHeads 100 wired headset from boat official website. Also paid the amount through Paytm and transaction was successfull but I didn't get an reply or message from email or SMS. I have the order ID in Paytm transaction slip but when I placed that order ID number in the "track my order" in boat website it is showing as no order is placed .

Ordered through Boat website and I didn't receive any...

Sir I had raised a service ticket number is 2394061 for exchange of wired headphone and the Courier Service provider had collected the product from me on 26/05/2021. I want to know the status of my complaint and how many days it will take to get the product exchanged and delivered to me....

I claimed warranty on my airdopes 381 and on 27th May. I was told that my replaced product will dispatch in 5 days. When I tracked my product through the courier service that Boat provided me, it showed that the shipment was delivered to someone in a village of Maharashtra on 31st May while the ticket status shows that it's yet to be dispatched. I mailed regarding this issue several times but they didn't replied.
