        I have bought Boat 121v2 earbuds few months ago. Earlier left side stopped functioning and now both side earbuds are not functioning.

                  The boats speaker are really bad and within a week of its use there were some issue. Registered a complaint for replacement which has not been approached d by the team sincerely. No update and zero customer support from the team. Even called the customer care many times and every single time they say the replacement will be issued in next 2 days. Worst experience and will never buy the products from it again.

                      I claimed warranty for my House of Marley earphones on 27th May...it has reached the service hub on 28th May has still haven't returned back to me 10 days has passed...my ticket no is 2426494...your customer care and warranty query no is not working and no one is responding to my mails...Kindly look in the matter and resolve it and send back my earphones asap...

                        *Since from the day My airdopes 441 Black is returned to your service center I haven't got any notification after that even I don't know where is my product right now..Will it come back to me or not.Even when I dial on customer care number they don't pick up the call .. This is so annoying day by day it is making me frustrate even you all don't reply to the customer complaints and queries.Now when I use to track my product with ticket or AWB number it doesn't shows me any track it only shows that after one week if don't show the same. I'm worried whether my product will get me back or not !

                            I actually ordered a boat rockerz 330 on their official website..my order id is 413323.But till today it has not been dispatched. When it took 20 minutes to reach customer care on call but they all said different reasons..no proper response from boat..I'm really frustrated don't know when my order will be dispatched. They have my money and my product..I can do nothing.

                                  I Manas Sarkar online ordered “Boat Rugged V3 Micro USB 1.5 Meter”, Quantity: 1Color: Orange dated Fri, 21 May 2021 14:47:59, but unfortunately after delivered (dated[protected] when I opened I saw BOX of “Boat Rugged V3 Micro USB 1.5 Meter” had tear. I can’t received yours dispute fraud product, please refund my valuable money.
                                  Last day dated Tue, 01 Jun 2021 21:37:55 boAthead send an Email to enter my Login and go to Manage Your Account, but fortunately I can’t enter my login and I had also try to reset my password but I hopeless about your fraud software can’t login to me.

                                      The right side eardope is getting discharge faster and faster like in 20-25mins and it always says battery low.
