I’m not able to charge my device, data cable and adapter, everything is working fine but my device is not charging . It is under the warranty period only and I’m not able to visit my service center due to its very far away location from my residence, so kindly provide me door step service for the same . Am not able to register complain on site and also customer care executive- Priyanka talked in a very rude and disrespectful manner, no tolerance, no professionalism, Made angry customer more angry . Pathetic after sales service . Want to file a case against this company for doing false promises .
