    My order is not dispatched yet
    Why boat why are you doing these malpractice I want to cancle my product right now. Or deliver within 3 days it is a prepaid order why are you taking order if you are not able to deliver it.

      Boat rockerz 450 broken

      My boat rockers 450 black in colour has been broken due to bad manufacturing quality of the product, i have been using it from past 4-5 months and have cared for it a lot it has been broken without any external pressure applied on it or due to misshandling or misuse ; it has broken completly due to bad manufacturing quality of the product and i want the replacement of the product as soon as possibel...

      I have placed an order for Boat Rockerz 550 for Rs. 1799 in the boat website today (31/05/2021). While completing the order, I got deducted but haven't received any Order placed details.

      How can i get refunded from the Boat team ?

        Hello Sir
        I am kumar Vivek Ranjan, 26 april 2021, i claimed my parcel from Gurgaon to Ranchi delivery from Delhivery. After 1 month and I haven't recive my parcel yet and parcel was losted by delhivery. Right now delhivery not help me to find my parcel no customer services available and not any one is come in my contact after complaints . boat customers care no support no reply on email when I was calling on customer care number is unreachable.

              I have try to place an order on 11th may 2021 from boat official site, The product was Boat Rockers 335 @1249 payed through paytm payments banking via Net banking.

                    My earphones have been picked up by bluedart on 20th may with way bill number [protected]. And has been reached to its destination but boat is not showing any kind o[censored]pdate they are asking for ackowledgement slip i have not got any kind of slip but i have a proof that my item has been delivered i even talked to boat executive but they are not helping me bliedart executive even told me to solve my problem but nothing has happened. I will file a complaint in consumer court i dont have any option left

                          I have purchased boat avantebar 1550 model, super product bass booster in this price range, purchased on 28/10/2020 after 4 months o[censored]sage suddenly stopped working HDMI and other ports are nit not working and bass also very low. I have logged 1st complaint on 28/03/2021 logged so many complaints, service center called me arrange engineer but still now not resolved my issue. I have requested to replace of refund, both also not done.

                          EG district, AP not having service center to visit. Pls help to get my warranty support from boat.
                          I trusted but failed... Hope better it tomorrow

                                  n it almost been more than a year and i have not received the product yet. the pick up is done but i do think due to lackness of good servies i havent it yet so how you are gonna regain your valuable customer trust. please i do need my product till this week or i am. gonna make a video related your services on my youtube channel. kindly take strict action this quire or i am gonna sue you with all these complains for fraud

                                      I ORDERED on 15th of may but recieved the package after 14 days only 29th may, I could at least accept that because of the current COVID restrictions, BUT THE real shock was after that THE HEADPHONE WAS NOT WORKING, NOT EVEN SWITCHING ON OR CHARGING, I RAISED A EXCHANGE /return THE PRODUCT, Now I don’t know how many more weeks I have to wait for their fault.my money wasted, I ordered to use it for online classes now couldn’t use headphone when needed the most. NO USE. IN HAVING AFFORDABLE PRODUCTS, have to address customer issues at the earliest . I don’t know when I will get it back, but It is going to affect me very badly now . NO use after getting the product after one or two months after orderIGN.
