On may 9 i made a replacement for my headphones and a courrier service taken my headphones on 10 may. And after that ther is no proper message from boat but the tracking product shows the shipment had arrived the hub and yesterday while I check again there is data related than thing and they are again made a courrier replacement for my product on same complaint id. So please check this issue and give me a solution

    I have a Boat Bassheads 100 vibrant (green) which has been damaged because I cannot hear its sounds from one side of the earphone.
    I would have followed the normal protocol o[censored]sing my warranty but the issue is that in the product list the colour vibrant (green) isn't available, other colours are available.
    What am I supposed to do?

      RECENTLY I HAVE OEDERED BOAT ROCKERZ 450 ON 31ST OF MAY . TILL 5TH JUNE THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN THE DISPATCHED OF ORDER I PLACED . SO I CAME THROUGH THE WEBSITE "CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS" . AND I RAISED MY COMPLAINT ABOUT THE DELAY IN THE DISPATCHEMENT . WITH IN HOURS MY ORDER GOT DISPATCHED AND SHIPPING WAS STARTED AND MY ORDER IS ON WAY TO MY HOME .         I, Natasha Nitnaware bought Boat Bassheads 100 red headphones on last year 11/06/2020,
        From last 2 months the speakers of headphone is not working, due to lockdown in Nagpur I couldn't reach to the service centre but for now kindly look into this matter as only 3 days are remaining of warranty period.

                I claim warranty of my boat product in mid april. My product was picked up and delivered to service centre in the following week of april. But now it's been a month i didn't receive my warranty product. Now, it's going to be 2 months and there is no further steps taken by them while i m tracking my ticket.

                  Boat rocker 450 which only 7-8 months old is broken on its right side. The inner slider is broken. I can't fix it at all. Please replace or repair it as soon as possible because they worth a lot for me

                    My product has not replaced even after 2 months of warrenty claim! Even I Have Filed A Complaint, though the problem is not solved yet ! Dissatisfied from boat. Can't believe such branded company can do this !

                            The product I purchased was defective and I placed a complaint of it.They picked the defective product and was delivered to them.its been more than 20 days, I didn't get the replacement.I tried contacting customer service but no response from them.

                              I ordered a products (BOAT Airdopes 441 - Wireless Earbuds - Blue / #116CB1, Micro USB 100 1 Meter - Black, BOAT Rockerz 255R - Blue) in sailwithboat sale at Rs.2698 (in which 2499 for boat 441 and 199 for micro usb cable) on 29/04/2021 and same has returned on 04/05/2021, but I only got refund of "Micro USB 100 1 Meter - Black" that is Rs.199 and I did not get refund of "BOAT Airdopes 441 - Wireless Earbuds - Blue / #116CB1" that is Rs.2499 and as per boat support ticket number, there is showing "refunded" but actually, I did not get any refund for that product. I am hereby sharing some pictures for your information to clear it out. Hoping for the issue to get solved at earliest.

                                      I request for warranty claim as sensor is not working properly. My item is already reached to destination by courier partner it is visible in website.                                         I had registered the complaint about the boat airdopes121 v2 via ticket no. 2385463 on 21st May and its more than 16 days I am not getting even a single update about the product. The earpods suddenly stopped working in the warranty period which needs to be claimed by boat. The product was picked up in 2 successive days and reached their hub as shown by the third party delivery service as directed by boat. Its more than prescribed time period since I m not getting a single update from boat support. And more surprisingly it is showing the product would be picked up in 4 days. Although they had already picked up the product and its in their hub. They are not even replying to the mails not responding calls. This is a very odd behavior from boat side. They are taking us for granted and sending us products showing defects within a year and then taking the product and not returning it neither responding to any mails or calls.
