I claim warranty of my boat product in mid april. My product was picked up and delivered to service centre in the following week of april. But now it's been a month i didn't receive my warranty product. Now, it's going to be 2 months and there is no further steps taken by them while i m tracking my ticket.

Boat rocker 450 which only 7-8 months old is broken on its right side. The inner slider is broken. I can't fix it at all. Please replace or repair it as soon as possible because they worth a lot for me

My product has not replaced even after 2 months of warrenty claim! Even I Have Filed A Complaint, though the problem is not solved yet ! Dissatisfied from boat. Can't believe such branded company can do this !

My airdrops are disconnecting freequently.I tried to factory reset but the problem continued.

My bluetooth device is not working properly, it has warranty on it. Please help me by giving your initiative towards my complaint.

I cancelled my order but didn't get any refund back. Can you go through it and send me the refund as soon as possible.

The product I purchased was defective and I placed a complaint of it.They picked the defective product and was delivered to them.its been more than 20 days, I didn't get the replacement.I tried contacting customer service but no response from them.

I ordered a products (BOAT Airdopes 441 - Wireless Earbuds - Blue / #116CB1, Micro USB 100 1 Meter - Black, BOAT Rockerz 255R - Blue) in sailwithboat sale at Rs.2698 (in which 2499 for boat 441 and 199 for micro usb cable) on 29/04/2021 and same has returned on 04/05/2021, but I only got refund of "Micro USB 100 1 Meter - Black" that is Rs.199 and I did not get refund of "BOAT Airdopes 441 - Wireless Earbuds - Blue / #116CB1" that is Rs.2499 and as per boat support ticket number, there is showing "refunded" but actually, I did not get any refund for that product. I am hereby sharing some pictures for your information to clear it out. Hoping for the issue to get solved at earliest.

I have purchased boat381 on 13march2021 bt so many times means when i used boat earpods the left side earpods always nt wrking and nt connected properly... I m always [censored]tory reset bt after that once again nt wrking...
And its under a warranty period...

I request for warranty claim as sensor is not working properly. My item is already reached to destination by courier partner it is visible in website. But I didn't receive any update for my product. And it's already about to complete one month but not received any single mail. So please help me regarding this. Ticket number is 2346796.

I had registered the complaint about the boat airdopes121 v2 via ticket no. 2385463 on 21st May and its more than 16 days I am not getting even a single update about the product. The earpods suddenly stopped working in the warranty period which needs to be claimed by boat. The product was picked up in 2 successive days and reached their hub as shown by the third party delivery service as directed by boat. Its more than prescribed time period since I m not getting a single update from boat support. And more surprisingly it is showing the product would be picked up in 4 days. Although they had already picked up the product and its in their hub. They are not even replying to the mails not responding calls. This is a very odd behavior from boat side. They are taking us for granted and sending us products showing defects within a year and then taking the product and not returning it neither responding to any mails or calls.

I ordered it on 16 May. And after 1 week as it was not dispatched, I contacted them through mail. They said it was cancelled due to some dispatch issue on 21 May. I again contacted them on 3 June on call and they told me to tell them again in mail. I did again and they relied "THE MONEY WILL REFUND ONCE THEY GET THE PRODUCT". When the product is not dispatched then what did they mean by that? I asked then in reply to mail but they didnot replied to that mail

On 17 may Airdopes on hands but I did not receive my Airdopes at the time

Wrong product is delivered I have register complaint for Boat Airdopes441 Black but instead of my product the product that is delivered after resolved is Boat Airdopes 171 .on the package it was mentioned right but inside there is different model .and waybill no is different.i want the information status of my products whose

But still I didn't get my product ..when will get product it almost 1month has done .for one service.
