I Manas Sarkar online ordered “Boat Rugged V3 Micro USB 1.5 Meter”, Quantity: 1Color: Orange dated Fri, 21 May 2021 14:47:59, but unfortunately after delivered (dated[protected] when I opened I saw BOX of “Boat Rugged V3 Micro USB 1.5 Meter” had tear. I can’t received yours dispute fraud product, please refund my valuable money.
Last day dated Tue, 01 Jun 2021 21:37:55 boAthead send an Email to enter my Login and go to Manage Your Account, but fortunately I can’t enter my login and I had also try to reset my password but I hopeless about your fraud software can’t login to me.

    I had claimed warranty for boat 441 earbuds.I sent the complete package with earbuds, charger, spare buds. In return I got only the earbuds.

      The right side eardope is getting discharge faster and faster like in 20-25mins and it always says battery low.
      So there is some battery problem in right eardope.

          These product are defective.I bought from Paytm mall Boat bassheads 242 black and orange, and it's not even six months these have stopped working.
          Last month boat bassheads 242 orange a month ago the right side of the headphone stopped working and now the left side of the headphone stopped working.And about boat bassheads 242 the headphones so fragile that left side of the headphone got easily broken. If this is the quality of boat I won't buy a thing of boat products again. I am expecting an replacement

              I have complained about my Boat Rockerz 450 headphone on April 8th 2021 and they picked up on 11th April 2021 and it has been 2 months but they don't send it. I haven't received any updates regarding the status of my product. Last status shown was "Replacement Product issued" on 13/04/21, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update.

                On may 9 i made a replacement for my headphones and a courrier service taken my headphones on 10 may. And after that ther is no proper message from boat but the tracking product shows the shipment had arrived the hub and yesterday while I check again there is data related than thing and they are again made a courrier replacement for my product on same complaint id. So please check this issue and give me a solution

                  I have a Boat Bassheads 100 vibrant (green) which has been damaged because I cannot hear its sounds from one side of the earphone.
                  I would have followed the normal protocol o[censored]sing my warranty but the issue is that in the product list the colour vibrant (green) isn't available, other colours are available.
                  What am I supposed to do?

                    RECENTLY I HAVE OEDERED BOAT ROCKERZ 450 ON 31ST OF MAY . TILL 5TH JUNE THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN THE DISPATCHED OF ORDER I PLACED . SO I CAME THROUGH THE WEBSITE "CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS" . AND I RAISED MY COMPLAINT ABOUT THE DELAY IN THE DISPATCHEMENT . WITH IN HOURS MY ORDER GOT DISPATCHED AND SHIPPING WAS STARTED AND MY ORDER IS ON WAY TO MY HOME . SO, I'M SO REALLY BLESSFULL TO COME THROUGH THIS WEBSITE. *THANK YOU*

                              I claim warranty of my boat product in mid april. My product was picked up and delivered to service centre in the following week of april. But now it's been a month i didn't receive my warranty product. Now, it's going to be 2 months and there is no further steps taken by them while i m tracking my ticket.

                                Boat rocker 450 which only 7-8 months old is broken on its right side. The inner slider is broken. I can't fix it at all. Please replace or repair it as soon as possible because they worth a lot for me
