I claimed warranty on my airdopes 381 and on 27th May. I was told that my replaced product will dispatch in 5 days. When I tracked my product through the courier service that Boat provided me, it showed that the shipment was delivered to someone in a village of Maharashtra on 31st May while the ticket status shows that it's yet to be dispatched. I mailed regarding this issue several times but they didn't replied.
I want my product back or the complete refund. If they don't resolve this, I'll make sure no one in my contact buys anything from Boat company.
