        I have submitted my boat airdopes 381 for replacement on 5th June 2021 at Ahmedabad service center. Ticket number is 2481613. Service Centre executive told me that I will get my product in 7-10 days. It's been 5 days and when I tried to check my ticket status it is not getting updated.

                  I bought this product boat airdopes 421 and the product didn't fit the description and therefore, requested the return and the refund of the amount as per company's policy.

                  The ticket no given 154711 says the amount is refunded, however, as per my bank transaction summary no amount has been credited back within[protected] to[protected] as claimed. You are requested to look into the matter asap else I will file the complaint in consumer forum.

                                      The boats speaker are really bad and within a week of its use there were some issue. Registered a complaint for replacement which has not been approached d by the team sincerely. No update and zero customer support from the team. Even called the customer care many times and every single time they say the replacement will be issued in next 2 days. Worst experience and will never buy the products from it again.
