I purchased boat airdopes 171 in March and it's left ear bud is not working as well as it's not getting charged it's showing 10%only after charging.i tried to do factory reset that's also not happening please look into it.

                I ordered an earphone from boat website on 7 may but still not received the item even after 11 days
                I want to track my order when will I get it

                  I ordered a unit from boat website order#230435 in March 2021. I requested for a replacement.

                  Their team changed my replacement unit status to refund status and ticket#120424 is refunded as per customer care. Where they have been refunded, they have no idea.

                  When i don't want want refund, why they have not sent my replacement.

                  NO response from customer care email addresses, no response from twitter and Facebook- they even replied and informed its Infosys case it can not refund. why ? no clear picture, no proper communication from the team.

                        I want to tell you that I am using a boat storm watch since 1 months on 6th April I got an issue with my watch it display stuck and the touch sensors not working I register a complaint on boat (my ticket number[protected] they thake my product to there service center at Mumbai But at 11 April I have given my product to delivery boy to give it to company now And it reached them by 17 April then I wait for response for 10 to 11 days after that they response that Item received then on 8 may they again response that Product comes to there factory for check from 8 may to 17 may I am still waiting for my product back

                                I have purchased this product in 22 nov 2020 and i have connecting isuues with my rockerz 235v2 bluetooth headset not connecting immediately. When i long press to open bluetooth annoying sond is coming.

                                    I had a product of boAt.
                                    And due to some issue it stopped functioning properly .
                                    The product was in 1 year warranty and then i had requested to replace the product .
                                    They accepted the request took the product from me but they are not returning the replacement product more then 1 and half months passed
                                    I am writting to consumer helpline as i am now not getting any help from boAt
                                    They are not taking my calls, not replying emails and not issuing the replacement product as well
                                    So i request you to help me
                                    They are not returning products we are very obsessed with their service
