My ticket no. 2296466 . I requested for a replacement of my boat airdopes 441 blue on 25 april 2021 today is 5 may 2021 and i still havent got any text or call update when my product will be delivered. I get there is sometimes delay in delivery but i would really consider i[censored] could get my product delivered to be me as soon as possible...

Earphone not working...

I purchased boat data cable from amazon on : 09.04.2021 and my order id is[protected] after 10 days data cable is not working not charging the phone.
Please solve my issue....

I ordered a storm smart watch on 14 march, because of some reason i had to return it, the refund was about to be refunded by 20 april, now when I checked the ticket the status is showing refunded on 19th April, but no amount is credited in my account. Hello, I've ordered boat airdopes 381 active black from boat website after receiving the product I'm not satisfied with build quality so i file a return complaint they just give raised ticket order ID but when i raise my issue they are closing the raised ticket without saying anything. Please help me out to get my product return and my refund too..

The boAt airdopes ordered on 7th April, 2021 stopped working on the 20th of April. And I have tried to reach the customer service number, tried to register a complaint on the website, e-mail, twitter and Instagram, but no response. I am stuck with a defective item. Horrible services with absolute no regard for accountability....
