                I wanted a replacement for my boAt rockers 400 bluetooth headset and was given boAt Bassheads 100 black which is incredibly weird by the way. I either want my product replaced or repaired. I don't care for earphones when I clearly wanted headphones.

                  I claimed my warranty for my boAt rockers 400 few days ago. It stopped working from one year and Bluetooth connectivity is a mess too. So I'd hoped to given a repaired pair or a new one but they gave me a new pair of boAt Bassheads 100 Black. Does that mean I won't be getting my old rockers 400 back?

                      I have raised a service ticket with boat : 2228888 on March 21st. Still there is no update or progress, when i call the customer care today they are asking me to raise a new ticket to quick response.

                      Not satisfied with the support provided by boat, Worst customer service process followed.

                      Yet to reach consumer court if no further response.

                            I had purchased boat aridopes 405 from friplkar on 14th March, after 10 days it damages and now not connecting with my phn and there is charging prblm too, then I visited service center they replaced with the old one which I denied but they told we have this one only, and after taking it to home it's not working not even taking charge, I went there for replacement they denied, pls help me to replace it with good one and new one pls

                              Airdopes 121v2 bought on 8th March is not working. It's gets disconnected even if you are a meter away from mobile. Bluetooth connectivity manufacturing defect.

                                        Have purchase a new Boat soundbar but it was not working in 2 months . Raised a complaint and itseems the motherboard was not working . It has been 2 months since they said they will replace but no response after that . Worst service am contacting them for multiple time nut no response at all .
