I have ordered boat headphones on 23 feb 2021 which have warranty of 1year .i want to replace it.

This is to bring in to your notice that my brand new headphones “Boat Rockerz 400 Wireless Headphones” were given for repair at Boat Authorised Service Center "Srinivas Telecom, Bangalore", vide Service Order no. 308 dated 03.03.2021 and Ticket No. 2099822 was raised. I was told that the repaired product will be delivered at home.
Further, It is to be noted that after over one month of pursuing the repair of my brand new headphones, it has finally been repaired and handed over to me today.

However, It has been used extensively by somebody before handing it over to me. The device was just a day old when it was given for repair and had no signs of any wear and tear but the product I have received today has clearly been used extensively by someone before handing it to the owner. There are several scratches all over the headphones and strands of hair on the ear pads. I am extremely disappointed with Boat India and it’s absolutely pathetic service.

Bluetooth headset is not working, not charging even not blinking any light. Totally dead. Purchase date is 22.01.2021

It is not working properly I have ordered them about 3 or 4 moths ago it's warranty time is 1 year. I want to replace them.

My boat rockerz 335v2 was not working properly it isn't charge i have warranty card and it is in warranty period so i want to make it solve plz respond me

I ordered boat Bluetooth headphones and I raised a complaint on. It of low sound and they sent me a wired earphones so I want my boat rockerz headphones asap

Delivery is sooo poor order delivery is 4 days late on his time so I'm very unhappy about delivery

I wanted a replacement for my boAt rockers 400 bluetooth headset and was given boAt Bassheads 100 black which is incredibly weird by the way. I either want my product replaced or repaired. I don't care for earphones when I clearly wanted headphones.

I claimed my warranty for my boAt rockers 400 few days ago. It stopped working from one year and Bluetooth connectivity is a mess too. So I'd hoped to given a repaired pair or a new one but they gave me a new pair of boAt Bassheads 100 Black. Does that mean I won't be getting my old rockers 400 back?

One side of handsfree not working

I have raised a service ticket with boat : 2228888 on March 21st. Still there is no update or progress, when i call the customer care today they are asking me to raise a new ticket to quick response.

Not satisfied with the support provided by boat, Worst customer service process followed.

Yet to reach consumer court if no further response.

I had purchased boat aridopes 405 from friplkar on 14th March, after 10 days it damages and now not connecting with my phn and there is charging prblm too, then I visited service center they replaced with the old one which I denied but they told we have this one only, and after taking it to home it's not working not even taking charge, I went there for replacement they denied, pls help me to replace it with good one and new one pls

Airdopes 121v2 bought on 8th March is not working. It's gets disconnected even if you are a meter away from mobile. Bluetooth connectivity manufacturing defect.
I want to claim warranty and get my product replaced.

Boat rockerz 235v2 does not work properly when i try to start the device they can't start
