I didn't like product that I had return the headphone in return period . I have received a tracking number i.e. [protected]. I have a complain towards your system that refund amount haven't received yet.

One side earphone not functioning properly. I have deposited the same at bhubaneswar service center from 19th february 2021. But till date I have no received the earphone.
I requested to plz resolve the problem and send my nearest service center as soon as pissible.

I have placed my order on 9th of March and it's not yet dispatched or shipped. It's a very pathetic service from Boat. And the order number 232584

I got a gift from a friend, boAt airdope 381 nirvana around 11th july . After 2 months, one earphone stopped working followed by other after 10 days. I tried to call helpline number, it's not reachable . I also tried boat service centre- lalani infotech at raipur, they denied as it was purchased online.

It is with great regret I have to inform you that even after requesting the item to be cancelled, the boat team didn't cancel my order( also no money has been refunded).

I came back home today after a long period just to see that has boat delivered now and that too a wrong one( different colour).

Team, please arrange return pickup of the order and refund my money ASAP. If not done on priority, I will be forced to file a complaint with consumer court against your mal practice.

You guys have clearly cheated me. I had sent the cancellation mail already on 31th Dec 2020 as suggested by your customer care as I was not getting any option to cancel on your website.

I have not been getting the option to Return after logging into my account on your website. That's the reason I sent the mail on 31st Dec 2020 for cancellation and the same was suggested by your customer care when I called them last year.

Even after multiple calls and emails I am not getting any response.

Charging Issue

I bought boat airdopes last year july. After that left side plug is not working/connecting. Another problem is when 2nd call is coming at that time airdopes connection was lost. This situation is happen when another call has come. Kindly help me regarding this issue.

Right side of BOAT ROCKERZ 245 V2 has stopped working within a month of purchase and service centres are not feasible at the moment due to and i request you to pick up damaged product

Have purchased an Airdope 4 months back which was functioning well but after a month, there was lot of issues and had to restart and use always.

later last month had a response to send it to their service center and will be issued with a new replacement.

but after a long time got a replacement with a complete defective product, I feel they are just swapping the exchange products.
now trying to reach them but no response to mails or anything.

customer service center in Bangalore is not at all responding properly an telling some reasons.(Cant understand why only they have a service center here) better to close it!!

Just wasted some cash believing boat.

worst Service and I feel they are cheating customers by doing a marketing on many things.

I'm really disappointed of your service because I still haven't received my Airdopes and it's limit now it'll be a month soon when I've complaint for replacement but I still haven't received it back . I want you to give me back my eardopes however it is, I don't know anything else .

I wish to inform you that I have ordered the Boat Airdopes 131 from the website and due to some reason it was not delivered and retuned back.

However I received the mail from support desk on 23 Feb 2021 that the refund will be processed in 5-7 business days but the same has not been credited to my original payment channel.

Kindly request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue.

I have purchased boat bassheads 225 in August 2020. It has 1 year warranty but it is not working properly after 6 months. I have registered my complain and warranty claim twice and called many times, they just assure that we will response after 48 working hours but it is now a month they did nothing. I need an earphone and now I am to purchase another one from another company and never purchase anything from boat, as I am a writer on Pratilipi so I will suggest my 2500+ followers to not trust on Boat. My name is Riyasudhi K Nazar and over the past two months, I have been trying to get my refund back of boAt Rockers 335, on 23rd January I purchased BoAt Rockers 335 from https://www.boat-lifestyle.com. Due to not dispatch the product until February I canceled that order (order id:163105) on 8th February I get the refund confirmation mail. unfortunately, I didn't get the refund amount, and also I cant contact the customer service of the boat
Kindly make the necessary action in this regard.

Not fit in jack whole didn't work
