    Today I purchased basshead 100 for rs .375 from boad website as a guest. When I got tge product and compared the sound, it was same as a low quality 100 rs product from road side market.compared to my sister mi earphone of rs.250 tgis was a shame.I want to reture and get refund my money with this cheap rpeoduct

      I have placed an order 4 days back and still there is no update on its shipping after payment. There is no option to call customer care. The email for support is invalid. I am not able to reach to boat support to find my order status. It was a big mistake to order via boar website where is no visibility on the order status.
      I am not getting any option to cancel this as well.

              I didn't recieve my money yet, which i return the product on 18th march 2021 and the company said money will be credited in 2 or 3 working days but still not credited on the date 21 march.

                I have bought boAt Airdopes 201 9 months ago from Flipkart .It isnt been a year and the right pod is not working properly at all and disconnects way to frequently and the battery of pod discharges so quickly that I can't hardly use it for half an hour.I hope you can come with some solution for this .

                    It's been 1 month ordered my boat headsets. And still not received my order and made several complaints and also mailed to boat about this and no response till now. and also asked to cancel the order and requested for refund because of the delay but no proper response from boat and also worst service from boat. it was a prepaid order and no proper customer service available. and now it's going to be a month and half but no reply mails or message from boat.

                    it's going to be 2 month...and spoke several times to customer care also raised many complaints to their mail but even after two month i did not receive any response from boat side.i did not receive my order and also no refund was done. this company is just cheating us.i need my money back.refund it asap...

                      I have purchased an earphone and withing warrenty period it had damaged.I given it to service centre Bapuji nagar, Bhubaneswar bt still I didn't get my earphone return.After calling they alwys delay the time and it's about 20days gone. Still didn't take any action.I m very disappointed with this.Very poor servicing.

                                    I got a gift from a friend, boAt airdope 381 nirvana around 11th july . After 2 months, one earphone stopped working followed by other after 10 days. I tried to call helpline number, it's not reachable . I also tried boat service centre- lalani infotech at raipur, they denied as it was purchased online.

                                      It is with great regret I have to inform you that even after requesting the item to be cancelled, the boat team didn't cancel my order( also no money has been refunded).

                                      I came back home today after a long period just to see that has boat delivered now and that too a wrong one( different colour).

                                      Team, please arrange return pickup of the order and refund my money ASAP. If not done on priority, I will be forced to file a complaint with consumer court against your mal practice.

                                      You guys have clearly cheated me. I had sent the cancellation mail already on 31th Dec 2020 as suggested by your customer care as I was not getting any option to cancel on your website.

                                      I have not been getting the option to Return after logging into my account on your website. That's the reason I sent the mail on 31st Dec 2020 for cancellation and the same was suggested by your customer care when I called them last year.

                                      Even after multiple calls and emails I am not getting any response.
