Hi team

I have purchased the boat aavante bar 1550 sound bar on 15/05/2019 suddenly it is stopped working. This product is come with the 1 year warranty.
When i have raised the complaint in the boat customer care but they people not responding properly. Customer care executive always saying wait for 48 hours we will send engineer at your door step.
I have called lot of time to customer support but their phone is always showing busy and in week days they are saying we are closed. Now it's already 15 days over. I have submitted the 2 ticket till now but when i try to track in the https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/ it is always showing invalid tickets.

My hear phone is one of issues sent to warranty base, went to company safelty den they also sent to Bangalore by tracking I vil get knw, so here I m not get my product back to me since one week
Regarding not get response from boat company for my warranty claim
I have given my earphones for warranty claim but there is no further status about the product.my ticket number is 544059.The costomer care do not receive the call also the email sent also do not respond properly .The customer care tells he will call he doesn't call.so I am fed up by calling the customer care

    I received exchange product but there is many physical problem such as...

    Speaker adjustment is not smooth a lot of force need to be applied for adjusting.

    Head side sponge is not proper sticked

    And also found some scratch on the body
    And speaker sponge is also free it rotates which gives bad experience...

    Please sir help me... I'm very frustrated with this product please provide me leagal product.

      I have purchased boat earphone which got defected and i lodged a complaint on 19th aug, which was approved on 16th sep (After 1 month).
      You have picked up my product and it was received by you on 21st sep.

      Ticket number is 461443

      I have still not received any communication about the earphone that what is going on with it. How and when will i get earphone.

      What kind of support you are providing that it has been nearly 1.5 month happened and did not got my earphone. Who will be responsible for the warranty during all you excellent support duration.

      Please send me the working product asap or refund my money back.

            I bought one boat rockers 255 wired earphone from amazon on may 4th 2019. After using just three months, one side of earphone was not working. So i tried to claim the warrenty
            I raised complaint with boat and that ticket number was 500844. Regarding this ticket the replacement has been processed and the my earphone unit had been picked up by the processing company imagine marketing india on september 16th 2019 itself. While checking this ticket (500844) status, it is mentioned that the replacement product unit issued to customer. But i haven't yet received any replacement unit. I tried to contact the customer care number which is
            +91-[protected] several time. But the customer service is worst that i have ever seen. Everyday i'm trying nobody picking the phone. I had this pathetic service experience with boat. Never ever going to buy their products again and suggest this for someone.
            If anyone had this same experience please guide me to what should i do.

              My boat rockerz 255 was in warranty period and i have make complain about it 4 weeks ago, there guy came to pick up the headset. He took the headset 3 weeks ago and now i’m waiting for the my repaired headset since last 3 weeks.
              No one is responding to my emails, phone calls or anywhere. My ticket number was 530869. This is not fair policy of boat to harass the customer. I request consumer forum to take strict action against them and provide solution and my headset back asap. Otherwise i will ho to consumer court.

                I've been trying to register my complaint for the aforementioned headsets but the there is always some sort of error appear and I've tried to talk to the customer care executive but they the waiting time is humongous i'm deeply dissatisfied with the customer service of boAt. My headsets is under warranty period so i would like to get it replaced please sort out my issue

                  Product has been issued for replacement on 1 October but there is no update regarding delivery till now and u guys don't answer the call every time then what is the use of CUSTOMER CARE then why the ## are u mentioning the customer support number there is no use at all, please resolve it.                     Please guy don't disturb them they required atleast 10 year for replacement. They are very innocent give money to boat like a beggar and forget about it

                        I had purchased boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphones on 5/5/2019 for worth of rs - 1, 249. After few months my earphones both side stoped working i. E on 4th month from the date of purchase i. E on september 13th i registered a complaint and they provided me with a ticket number-548109, on the next day itself it was pickedup by bluedart delivery boy. I got a message on 16th september that they have received my earphones in there service center. I waited till 22nd september, i tried to track my product on their website by the help of ticket no -548109, it shows on 22nd september they had accepted my earphones for replacement, so i tried calling on their customer service number from the date of 23rd september, people in customer service are not even bother to answer our calls, it just keeps ringing. So i tried to google for help, i got to know all the worst reviews of boat that their company employees are least bother to answer phones, to replace product - their are people who didn't received their products which were in warranty and its been above a month.

                        I am really concerned about my product

                          I have purchased boatrockers255 wireless headset & due to some issue i have claimed for warranty replacement on 6thsep19. Today 30thsep but still they didnt deliver the product.

                          They are doing cheating, they generated pickup on 6th but when i track my ticket id they changed the date of generated pickup to 20th from 6th. Such cheating work to hide their poor servicing...
                          Now i can see replacement product issued but i dont know how long it will take to reach me.

                          Really a worst experience with boat, i'm not going to suggest boat products to my family & friends anymore.
                          I'm going to spread this complaint through out all my social media apps and make aware of family & friends about boat product cheating.

                          BOAT is cheating users... I don't have words to express my annoying.

                          If you are working for consumers good will, atleast try to get feedback on my complaint as soon as possible
                          It has been more than a month since I registered a complaint for 2 items. I haven't received my replacement products yet. Customer care no. is always unanswered. Absolutely disappointed by boat. I have also mailed multiple time but in vain.

                            Boat headphones 255 replacement but not yet received any positive response. It’s almost a 1 month no response on emails n even on calls, they are cheating with us. They are taking there customer for granted. They are not serious to give services on time. They take things very casually i am fed up with the services. Customer is the king of market but they are taking there work seriously and provide services on time. I am so disappointed whether they will give my product back i doubt please help me it is quite urgent.

                              I had boat rockerz 510 (Wireless headphones) which had problem of one side not working while using it with aux cable and it is still in warranty so i registered the complaint on 14 september, 2019 where they gave me a ticket no - 549399 and a pickup was arranged and it had reached them by 17 september, 2019. They mentioned that they would get back to me with status update within next 4-5 days, now it has been almost 10 days as of today - 27 september, 2019, still no response from them. I tried writing mails at [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, all i ever recieved was a single mail saying that please call at their customer care number,[protected] which they supplied on their support site and that the mails are not monitored. Another annoying thing which they do is that when you call at provided customer number they provide automated voice response which says that hold on we'll get you to customer care support guy but no one ever picks up and for listening to that automated response you get billed without your problem being resolved, highly unprofessional service.

                              I request them to please look into matter and provide me with updates on the issue and send me replaced genuine product as soon as possible.

                                I need your help guys
                                On 20 of august i placed one request to boat customer care and which is imagine marketing pvt ltd.
                                So they arrange pickup on 21 by xpressbees courier service but on that day i was not available.
                                Next day they arrange pickup again on 22 august, and on that day i need to return two order means two pickup and for two pickup one person came.
                                I did not return other packet which is of fbb, awb no[protected]
                                But i return the boat earphonne to imagine marketing pvt ltd. Awb no is[protected]

                                And on 3 of september i tried to track my order but i am unable to do so,
                                And they are saying pickup got cancell on 4 september they are denied to help me in this after lot of discussion they confirm that awb no[protected] has been deliver to the original source.
                                But my point is i did not return fbb product i return i imagine marketing pvt ltd. Product that is boat earphone,

                                Now both are not responding xpressbees and fbb also i really need your help where is my earphone.

                                I am ataching the detail of thtat person who came to pickup the courier.

                                After that fbbonline register my complain and gave me reference no bb[protected]

                                Yesterday i called them they are saying that boat earphone pickup by xpressbees from fbb but they have no detail of that.

                                And xpressbees deny

                                They both tol me to call me back at 2 pm but nobody call me

                                  Very very very worst customer care boat electronics (Boat lifestyle) center.

                                  I have purchased boat 225 earphone in amazon last june month. Amazon customer care service said you claim only warranty to boat company. I have raised one ticket my earphone one side is working another side is not working. I have returned my product on 6th of sep'19. I called customer care more than 100 times no one is pick my call. I am not getting any message, mail, phone call. Very very very worst customer support service in india.
