My registered complaint number with boat is 450466. The sms from boat was received by me on 16 august 2019, stating that my complaint was received and boat will pick up unit via bluedart reverse pickup number [protected] for further action.
The bluedart person picked up the unit on 17-aug-2019. I emailed to with tracking details on 20 aug 2019 and i further requested for updates on replacement. I submitted invoice of purchase indicating model details, along with complaint. Upon request from boat representative, i emailed snap of actual product for reference.
Now after 19 days of receipt o[censored]nit, on 5 sept 2019, i was told by boat representative that there is some model related issues regarding my unit and to be sorted out by boat with courier company appointed by boat.
Till date there is no response form boat to replace the faulty unit of "boat bassheads 900 wired headphone with mic".

    Hello sir/ma’am,
    I am a resident of delhi. I have complaint about my boat
    Earphones which is to be replaced and i’m having no response from boat
    Side.
    This is the 10th time in row iam sending you this mail but they don’t reply a bit..
    I have asked for replacement because they are under warranty period but
    Still i have no update about where my earphones are.
    My ticket no. Is 459085, and it’s been 20 days from now i have given my
    Eaephones to be replaced but getting no response from their side.
    I also called customer care no. But they aren’t picking any call, also no
    Response to my mail.
    What the hell they guys are doing? Such a poor customer service from boat.
    Never expected this from them.
    Providing customer satisfaction is one the major thing a company have to
    Look upon, but it seems like this all doesn’t affect them.
    Please just tell me when will it will reach to me..

      I have registered a complaint on boat on 12-august-2019. Complaint no is : 434744.
      On 26-august-2019, service center received my product for servicing and on 26-august-2019 i got a status as "replacement product issued". But still i did not get anything. My product is not yet dispatched and i am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
      When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

        It's been more than 1 month that i have raised complaint about my wireless earphones.since then nobody has come to me for reverse pick up of my earphones. I have raised 406939 And 485116 tickets moreover I dropped 4-5 emails to customer care but they asked me to call on their customer care number. When I tried that number, was unable to get through.

        This is very disappointing service. I need this is to be done ASAP. Please do the needful.

          Sir i made a replacement request of boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphones on 20/08/19. But after that whenever i call customer care they never answer the call, it is on ivr only, ivr says they will call back but i have never received any call back. The status on the website is replacement product issued and ivr it is product dispatched. But it is the same since past 10days. It is almost 20 days since i have requested. Till now they have not dispatched the product nor am i able to connect with them. I have even sent emails but no response on emails nor calls. Since past 10 days i am trying to connect with customer care but i am getting no response. Please assist me on the same. My ticket no 460313. Even the dates have been changes on the website online status of the product.

          I can share all the emails that i have received from them if needed. I am facing lots of problem regarding this. They are simply ignoring the call. I don't know what to do! Please assist.
          I have sent my boAt stone 200 to the service centre due to its battery issues, it has been a month since they received the product but haven't returned it yet. the service email is not responding and they don't pick up if I call the customer service number.

          I would request the company to send me the replacement product as soon as possible

            I raised a ticket for malfunction in my bluetooth earphones and the complaint no is 487091. I am calling there customer care since like 40 to 50 times but no one picks up the call also sent mails but they just reply to say call customer care who never picks up any calls. My product was picked up on 29 august 2019 and since then there is no response at all its been 12 days now. Not a single update. I have no idea where is product and what's going on with it.

            My product was reversed picked up on 30th November and it reached there warehouse on 9th December. They haven't returned my money. I contacted their representatives but they say they will work on it but never update. I need my money back...

                  I raised a ticket with boat customer care on 23rd aug. The ticket number is 473784. The product is still under warranty but the replacement has not been initisted. One of the earphones is not functioning. The customer care no provided is useless as their executives are always busy and they have maintained the status of my ticket as pending since almost 15 days

                        I order boat basehead 225 earphone from amazon on 28 july 2019 but after 14 days there is a problem with my earphone and i claim the warranty and they generated my ticket no. 449890 and on 27 aug it successfully received by the service center and on 27 aug he said it replaced on 2 or 3 days but till now it has been not dispatched, many time i called their customer service but they said i dispatched this product by this evening and sometimes he said this product is out of stock and from yesterday when i call them to know the product they didn't pick my call plz help me

                          After a month and a week of continuous mails to marketing head, it finally returned the product with different colour and model . Atleast it returned
                          I have registered a complaint for my boat bassheads 100 black headphone, it's one side was not working. My ticket number is 1328647. They picked up my product on 26th of July and it's reached to the seller on 1st August. Seller checked the product and replacement of my product was issued on 5th August. Since 5th of August till today 15th August, it's still not dispatched. I have called them, they said they have run out of this particular colour headphones and suggested me to take white colour. I agreed to them but still they didn't dispatch my product.

                              I bought 2 boat rockerz 261 earphones on 12/819, one is working fine but other one is not working after 10-15 days. I registered a complaint for it, on there website, uploaded the invoice and they replied that, warranty is expired, I bought these on 12/8/19. And I have warranty card saying that 1 year warranty.
                              I tried contacting on customer service number, but no one talk to me, just kept me in line and disconnected the call.
                              I don't expect this kind of service from boat.
                              I am uploading the invoice and mail, they sent me.
                              My Ticket number is 456653, from last so many days status is showing that "My Product Pick up generated for servicing and replacement" bt when I'm checked "Track Your product" already Delivered to seller 31 Aug 2019, Evening.
                              & when I called Customer care, they are ###*ng not picking up any calls what's going on.. What is the next step..
                              My ticket number is 1502534.I have registered complain in 6th sept 2020.
                              Now It has been 8 days boat service is not responded yet.And also there customer care number us always busy and if they pick the call they are not answering well.
                              I claim warranty for my both side non working earphone on 15july they approved it by 16 July, but till now no one came to pick up that product. When I asked for my complaint status of Ticket Id 1289643, every time I got same mail that our representative will contact you with in 24 hours. It has been more than 3 months but I am still hoping that someone will contact me. I had provided every detail to them-order id, ticket id, invoice, email, contact number but nothing happened yet. So Its a humble request to you people please kindly inform me either you are going to help me out or you are enjoying the situation where I am just because of your this quality of service.

                                One of the ear of my boat 225 earphones is faulty so i decided to replace them. you picked up the product from me on[protected] and i haven't got any response from their side i tried calling the customer care and they are not attending the call. I have call them around 100 times
                                On email they just sent me the link to register the complaint the service no.
                                I need my earphones replaced in less than a week.

                                  I am writing this with utmost hope that you guys will help me here in this problem that I have been facing for quite sometime.

                                  Details Of My Issue: I had purchased a boAt soundbar on July 15, 2019 from flipkart and initially the product was working good, but after 10 days it started running into issues intermittently and it's been chronic now. The issue is with the bluetooth connection, when we pair a device and play something it distorts a lot like playing and then stopping a bit and then playing. when I report this to flipkart they said it's more than 10 days and it is beyond their replacement policy and they can't replace it, all I have to do is contact boAt customer care.

                                  I tried registering my complaint in boAt support portal, but in vain. Then somehow I registered a complain and they tried getting back to me once or twice and saying they will send someone, its been more than 15 to 20 days there has been no response from their side and it's very disappointing. Please help me on this.

                                    I had raised the ticket 431205 on 8th aug 2019 due to malfunctioning that comes under warranty. My product was picked up on 10th aug and received by service centre on 16th aug and there was a last update that on 17th aug that replacement product issued after that there is no further update regarding my product till now. I had tried to call on customer care number several times (Approx 50 to 60) but on one had picked up tha call even a single time alternatively i had written mails to them but there is no response regarding my product they just say call to our customer care number. I had heard that several of consumers of boat are facing the same problem. I can say that the boat has the worst after sale service and worst support staff i have ever seen in my life. They are just fooling there customer.

                                    My ticket no is 1030555. it has been now 4 months since i returned the product and i haven't received boat bluetooth headset yet .Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from the company . They received my product on 16th of aug and on 20th of june i got an update that product left service center and picked up by courier partner and while tracking the courier partner updates as not picked on 11th of june. The company is just fooling around its customers. I had tried calling on helpline number but they never connect the call . I ve tried for more than 100 times. Also mailed them and they said that they had received a stock of boat 255F which they will dispatch in a week and after that week they are not even replying to the mails . Im just sick of the after sale service of boat . Most of the customers are facing this issue. Kindly help

                                      I have purchased boat rockerz 510 wireless bluetooth and product under warranty. Product got problem and registered complaint to co. Web site.co. Collected the product on 26th aug-19 and just told that it will returned within week but till now they have not returned. I tried call multiple time to customer care but their no. Is not responding. Written mail to co. But not response.

                                      I had purchased boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphones. After few months my earphones one speaker stoped working. i registered a complaint and they provided me with a ticket number - 1438417 and awb[protected], on the next day itself it was pickedup by bluedart delivery boy. I got a message on 9th September 2020 that they have received my earphones in there service center. I tried to track my product on their website by the help of ticket no -1438417, it shows on 12th september 2020 out for delivery they had accepted my earphones for replacement, so i tried calling on their customer service number from the date of replacement accepted by them, people in customer service are not even bother to answer our calls, it just keeps ringing. So i tried to google for help, i got to know all the worst reviews of boat that their company employees are least bother to answer phones, to replace product - their are people who didn't received their products which were in warranty and its been above a month.

                                      I am really concerned about my product

                                      I purchased boat bassheads pink headphone .. but due to some issue it got repair... So I claimed warranty... Then they came and picked up my headphones for warranty replacement... After that it has been 20 days but the product has not been returned yet... So I tracked .. but it's showing replacement product issued... But still I didn't receive my product... I trusted them and gave... But it's not right ... So I kindly request you to do some help... Thankyou
