Since the purchase I am really disappointed with the product.I encounter below issue every time.

1) It doesn't charge completely
2) What ever is charges last only for about 10 mins of continuous use (call or music)
3) Since yesterday, the device is not even charging. I.e with out the charger plugged, the device wont event switch on for search.

I have raised a request with the product company as I still have 1 year warranty on the product valid.

You can now register your complaint & also track the status of your complaint through our new Portal using auto-generated complaint ticket number.

Below is the link to our customer service portal,

* Step 1. Register your complaint,
* Step 2. Upload a copy of your invoice (Correct Amazon invoice (Sample) : CLICK HERE)
* Step 3. Fill in your Pick and ship address if different from registered address.

Once we have all details with correct invoice our customer service team will initiate a pick up of your unit and you will be informed via SMS and Email
