My boat rockerz 255 headphones stopped working properly and i applied for a replacement. They collected the product 14 days ago and still haven't notified me about whether i will be getting a replacement or not. The product is still under warranty as i had purchased it less than 5 months ago. When i call customer care, i get a message saying "we're sorry that we couldn't answer your call. We'll get back to you shortly." but they never call...

replacement product is not delivered yet since it is all most 3 weeks

I have registered a complaint on boat on 12-august-2019. Complaint no is : 434744.
On 26-august-2019, service center received my product for servicing and on 26-august-2019 i got a status as "replacement product issued". But still i did not get anything. My product is not yet dispatched and i am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,

I raised a ticket with boat customer care on 23rd aug. The ticket number is 473784. The product is still under warranty but the replacement has not been initisted. One of the earphones is not functioning.
