I have sent my boat bassheads 900 for replacement by registering complaint on their website on 25 august 2019. My product was picked up on 27th and they (Imagine marketing pvt ltd) recieved it on 3 oct at their mumbai location. I got update as replacement product issued on 4 october. Today it's 8th already and no update from their side. I called them on their customer service number but always i get reply your call is important to us and no one picks call. I also sent emails but they didn't respond.. Please look into matter and send replacement at earliest..

Complaint marked as Resolved The tracking showed as replacement issued nothing about replacement product is dispatched or Not?But since I called customer care the representative told that it will be dispatched today and reach in 2 days to me but suddenly courier boy comes and gives me parcel containing replacement...I don't know why they didn't update tracking and even customer service doesnt know about correct status...Since I received replacement I am satisfied
