I have raised concern to replace my boat rockerz 255 earphones and it's successfully picked form my place. But after that, i have not received any update from the boat side its almost 1 month.
I sent mail 2-3 times but not got any reply from their side.

    I made a replacement request of boat rockerz 255 bluetooth earphone on 21/09/19 and reached at service center on 27/09/19. And last status shown on ticket number - 569882 that "replacement product issued" on 03/10/19, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 20 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 569882. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

And last status shown on ticket number - 1255345 that "replacement product issued" on 18/07/20, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. It is almost 28 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1255345. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

    I made a replacement boat earphone on 26/06/20 . And last status shown on ticket number - 1221681 that "replacement product issued" on 13/07/20, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update.     I made a replacement of boat headphone 100 on 29/08/2020 the executive collected my headphone on 30/08/2020 then 13 days later they said my headphone is testing then on 14/09/2020 they updated that my headphone will be delivered to me in 5 days but it's been a week and no other updates given also I mailed them twice no reply and their phone are always busy. They did not responded or updated anything now I am begin to doubt whether my headphone come back to me or not. It's a headphone with 1 year Warrenty but their replacement process took 1 month.

    I have registered a complain on 4th september 2020 that my rockerz 255pro was not working and the very next day your partner Xpressbees took my product and i have got a mail saying that I will get my replaced product within 15 to 20 days and now it's 3rd October almost a month but still i haven't received my replaced product neither i received any mail.I wrote a mail to your customer care 2days back but they didn't even bother to reply me. What the hell is wrong with u guys, worst product and worst service.         I have send my product for the warranty claim as i had some issues with the product but didn't got any further status of the claim its been five days. I was informed that i'll get the response within 4 days from the time they get the product. I also tried to get connected to there customer service representative but everytime an automated voice made me wait for 4 minute and later informed that the customer service representative was unable to reach to me they will connected me after some time and the call will get disconnect complaint no:596602

          One of the ear of my boat 225 earphones is faulty so i decided to replace them. you picked up the product from me on september 24 2019 and i haven't got any response from their side i tried calling the customer care and they are not attending the call. I have call them around 100 times
          On email they just sent me the link to register the complaint the service no.
          I need my earphones replaced in less than a week.

                My complaint no is 526122. It's been more than a month that I have registered my complaint and the last notification i received was that replacement unit has been issued. However till date i haven't received it. Neither there is any further update. Your customer service no keeps on ringing.

                Kindly urgently confirm the status and the time frame by which i will receive the replacement. In case of any further delay I will be compelled to take the matter with consumer forum.

                It's very sad to find such negligence on the part of a reputed company like you.

                  I have sent my boat bassheads 900 for replacement by registering complaint on their website on 25 august 2019. My product was picked up on 27th and they (Imagine marketing pvt ltd) recieved it on 3 oct at their mumbai location. I got update as replacement product issued on 4 october. Today it's 8th already and no update from their side. I called them on their customer service number but always i get reply your call is important to us and no one picks call. I also sent emails but they didn't respond.. Please look into matter and send replacement at earliest..

                  The tracking showed as replacement issued nothing about replacement product is dispatched or Not?But since I called customer care the representative told that it will be dispatched today and reach in 2 days to me but suddenly courier boy comes and gives me parcel containing replacement...I don't know why they didn't update tracking and even customer service doesnt know about correct status...Since I received replacement I am satisfied

                      I had purchased boat rockers 255 on June and on September the right side ear stopped working. It would work sometimes and would stop working sometimes. Soo I decided to get it serviced . The product reached the service centre in Mumbai on 27th September and the status of the ticket is showing REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ISSUED since then . It's been 2 weeks already . Soo kindly issue the product as soon as possible. And the customer care number seems as if there are no customer care agents to pick the calls. My ticket number is 554383

                            Hi team

                            I have purchased the boat aavante bar 1550 sound bar on 15/05/2019 suddenly it is stopped working. This product is come with the 1 year warranty.
                            When i have raised the complaint in the boat customer care but they people not responding properly. Customer care executive always saying wait for 48 hours we will send engineer at your door step.
                            I have called lot of time to customer support but their phone is always showing busy and in week days they are saying we are closed. Now it's already 15 days over. I have submitted the 2 ticket till now but when i try to track in the https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/ it is always showing invalid tickets.

                              I received exchange product but there is many physical problem such as...

                              Speaker adjustment is not smooth a lot of force need to be applied for adjusting.

                              Head side sponge is not proper sticked

                              And also found some scratch on the body
                              And speaker sponge is also free it rotates which gives bad experience...

                                I have purchased boat earphone which got defected and i lodged a complaint on 19th aug, which was approved on 16th sep (After 1 month).
                                You have picked up my product and it was received by you on 21st sep.

                                I have still not received any communication about the earphone that what is going on with it. How and when will i get earphone.

                                What kind of support you are providing that it has been nearly 1.5 month happened and did not got my earphone. Who will be responsible for the warranty during all you excellent support duration.

                                Please send me the working product asap or refund my money back.

                                      I bought one boat rockers 255 wired earphone from amazon on may 4th 2019. After using just three months, one side of earphone was not working. So i tried to claim the warrenty
                                      I raised complaint with boat and that ticket number was 500844. Regarding this ticket the replacement has been processed and the my earphone unit had been picked up by the processing company imagine marketing india on september 16th 2019 itself. While checking this ticket (500844) status, it is mentioned that the replacement product unit issued to customer. But i haven't yet received any replacement unit. I tried to contact the customer care number which is

                                        My boat rockerz 255 was in warranty period and i have make complain about it 4 weeks ago, there guy came to pick up the headset. He took the headset 3 weeks ago and now i’m waiting for the my repaired headset since last 3 weeks.
                                        No one is responding to my emails, phone calls or anywhere. My ticket number was 530869. This is not fair policy of boat to harass the customer. I request consumer forum to take strict action against them and provide solution and my headset back asap. Otherwise i will ho to consumer court.
