Have been waiting for my replacement product from past one month. The replacement product was issued on 26 sept and i have yet not received it. The complaint has been going on for too long. No one responds to emails and no one picks up the calls. There is no way to follow up with the customer service executives. It's highly incompetent on their part to provide such pathetic service. Should have not submitted the product. Receiving no product is just as bad as a faulty product.

Even though I fully charged my headphones it is not still on, I think power button is not working
My shipment was picked from gorakhpur and delivery is showing in bulandshahr
Ticket number 607392 still not resolved. Already the pick up of defective headphone has been done and new headphone is still owns ng for delivery. Please update

    What the hell the boat company is doing ftom past 30 days back i have given my product back for the replacement for the problem in the mic of earphones... The courier has picked up the product back long back ago one month... The company has been received the product since 1 month what they are doing witg the product... I think they are taking from us by saying that they will replace the same piece has been sold out for the new customer saying that is been the branded one... Boat company is making very bad opinion on the customer really... Im sure... If i don't get the product back im sure im going to complain on the company... Ny order id is 637584

    When i listening the music the speaker was automatically turn off.when i want to on the speaker again the speaker couldn't start.i think the charge of the speaker was low.i charge the speaker but they still not working.
    Same is happening with me, not getting any update regarding the product on status forum, and custmer care services are always unavailable.
    What to do, where to go 😡😡😡

      Earphones of bossheads220 red was taken for warranty service by boat company on 25th of sep 2019 but its been a month and there is no response from them ...this is so not the service we expect from them...even sometyms there customer service number is also not responding
      Kindly process this pending complaint as soon as possible

        My boat rockerz 270 wireless earphones started to trouble me after few months. I sent the product for replacement and was told a replacement has been issued on 19th october 2019. Its 27th october 2019 and i haven't received the sam yet. There is no tracking number that i can track my shipment with it and god knows where the product is. Please find me a solution

          Picked up product on 8th oct and product received by service center on 18th oct (Check with track details). After serval calls and mails. On 24th oct product replacement issued. Still it not yet dispatched. When i am going to get my product. Kindly this solve issue immediately. How long i should wait.

              I have boat speaker by model stone grenade xl. I ordered it from amazon after few days it stopped working so i raised a complaint and they changed it but after few months it again was not working properly so i again raised request to change the product on 9 oct 2019. But still no pickup is done even though its showing pickup generated but i have not received any call from courrier partner its status by the tracking no that company provided me to track the product says pickup cancelled by shipper. Boat customer care number doesnt works even after waiting for to long they hang up said we will connect to you shortly. I want strict action to be taken for not providing the service which they claim my ticket no is 648053.

                Terrible terrible mistake.
                Nobody picks the call from customer care nobody replies to mail are you people fooling the customers.

                This is what boat is all about, cheating the loyal and old customers by first sending defective products and then not responding to the clients. It's been
                3 months my earphones are not even returned.

                  I had registered a complaint with boat on their website about an issue with my bluetooth speaker boat stone 200. My ticket number is 652511. On their website it shows the replacement has been approved but i've not received any kind of e-mails or messages and their good for nothing customer support never connects. They picked up the product from my location on the 12th and was delivered to boat on 16. They updated on their site that they recieved the product on 17 first and now it says they received it on 24th which is absolute # i'm really disappointed and sad that i bet my money on such a stupid company like boat. And it's companies like this that can't stand upto the expectations of the customers that ruins our country's name

                    I had sent a product for replacement for long back ago.. But the boat company is still kept the product with them itself.. As i sent the product returned the product on 07 october 2019 and the company was received the product on 11/10/2019.. After that the company was sent a message that replacement product issued on 23/10/2019... But they have not sent any information about the replacement they have sent to us... One more problem is the company had received the product on 14/10/2019 but now it is showing that they had received the product on 23/10/2019... They are really making a big mistake.. Its been 24 days sent the product still they not sent me the product back such a bad response... Really feeling not good

                      My boat rockers 385 is not working so i asked for replacement then its been taken from me and my ticket no is 473501 on 23 aug 19 and yet now i didn't received my product its been 2 month now i have send so many mails and called so many times but no response i m getting little frustrated here 1st they dint given then product on expected date and now replacement also so late what to expect now . Plz look into matter and fasten things up.

                        I bought (Boat stone 200) last year on november 23rd. It hasn't even been a year & it already has issues with sound quality. Battery life is not up to the mark either. I would like you to look after this issue to provide assistance & replace this piece asap.

                        Now, Its right side headphone has stopped working.

                            I registered a complaint on 11th october, 2019 regarding the issue that my earphone’s microphones were not working and my earphones were picked up on 14th october 2019. Its been 9 days since the pickup and i haven’t got any notification regarding the replacement of my earphones. The worst part is i am not able to contact the customer service, they never get connected and on the call i listen to “we will call you shortly “ but they never call back and they never reply to my mails. I am having such a bad experience. I don’t know if i’m going to get my earphones or not.

                            When will i receive my replacement, the status of my complaint is not even updated on the website yet, its been more than 2 weeks now.
                            You guys dont pick calls and even reply to mails, why to provide warranty if you cannot manage the services. Pathetically irresponsible behavior.

                              I have raised a complaint regarding my boat bluetooth rockerz 285 earphones on 20-sep-2019 and after 13 days i. E on 03-Oct-2019, my product was successfully received at the boat service center, mumbai. And at this point in time that is 23-0ct-2019, i have not received my replacement of the product. Even i mailed them a number of times still they don't bother about it. The customer care number is irresponsive.
                              All my tries are failed please help me. I feel like i have been cheated by this company.

                                I have ordered 1 month back but it is not working properly. So i have registered my complaint to boat, but it is showing that your status is approved and complaint is registered. Now i am not having any response from them. Even i make call to them no response. 20 days back i have registered my complaint to boat company. After the registration i got one ticket for complaint of my product. On 8th august i have registered. Now it is showing that your order is approved but i am not having any response from them

And on xpressbeescourier official website there is information about registration of complaint about there workers... So now it's your duty to take my reverse order...                                   I didn't receive my boat headphones which were picked up by the delivery agent as a replacement purpose on 26th of September .. it's been so long.. even tracking showed that it was delivered to seller and it's no more showing anything...

                                      I had sent a returned the product because of mic issue.. My earphones of boat bass head 220 was having a problem in the mic and one side earphone was not working as there was no physical damage. Since i had purchased just 3 months back so as per the terms and conditions i had to get a replacement of the same product. I have sent a replacement on 08/10/2019... Its been 16 days since i had not received the product... I need my earphones... My order id no is-637584... So i need my product back in 2 days...

                                        I ordered my boat rockerzz 255 from flipkart in may 2019 and one side stopped working last month i registered a complaint and a person came claiming himself as executive of boat to pickup earphones. I gave it to him and it's been more than 15 days that i got any information about them the last message i got from the company's side was that the unit has reached service center and they will revert to me in 4 days but the results are in front of me and yes the toll free number that the websites claim that it is the toll free number of boat, that number is of no use because no one picks up the call other than that machine generated answers and the email is also of no use because everytime i get same replies that our customer service number has been changed etc.
                                        I hope to get a positive response from your side.
