I have returned my 255 earphone and Product Successfully Received at Service center and i got message that
"Dear RAVI SHANKAR DEWANGAN, we have successfully received your unit at our service location & your unit has been forwarded to our service team. We will revert to you within 4 days with status of your complaint.
Your Ticket number is 3****3. Please use this ticket number for all future correspondences & for tracking the status of your complaint.

You can also track the status of your complaint at http://support.boat-lifestyle.com/
Our New Customer service number is 91-[protected]"
but it has pased 7 days and i have not got my earphone even the tracing is not updated after deportation from service centre

      I had bought this product a few months ago and still have warranty left. It is a wireless earphone (Boat Rockerz 255). One side was having issues so I sent it for repair/replacement. It's been more than 2 months but I haven't received it back. They do not provide any support email address. I called them but was unable to get hold of any customer service employee. They didn't call back either. My complaint ticket is 256830.
      My boat rpckerz blutooth earphones are not working properly after 4 months of purchase also this product is in warrenty but service centre is not available nearby in Aurangabad city, Maharashtra. so I want to replace my this product fastly.
      Did you get your product back yet? Because I too haven't received my product yet, it's been more than 1 month and they never answer there customer care number.

      I'm really sorry to say this but it's disgusting of you posting here about contacting you for any queries as it's been a month, more than 30 mails I have sent regarding retrieval of my earphones with no replies on mails or calls.
      Please sort this matter out or at last I'm going to fire a case against this inappropriate services you do with us people

        These boatrockers complaints receiver and all are fradusters. My product they took for replacement. But it has been a long time i haven’t got my headphone back. And as i have seen the similar complaints of other consumers it seems that they are cheaters and not giving the product back. And there is a need to take a step against them.
        I have logged a complaint (No: 296470), i was sent my bluetooth 255headphone for one side not working, replacement product also placed against my complaint, but my replacement product still not received my hand, almost 10days are gone.
        I hope boat is a good brand.!

          Hello i have a very serious problem i bought my boat earphone in aug 2018 but 10 days back those were not working so i request for replacement the courier boy picked them on 21 april 2019 and yesterday 6 may 2019 they gave me message that they gave me new one but i didnt received any earphone yet i don't know to whom that delivery boy gave the parcel and i even didn't sign on receiving receipt or something they are now not giving any response please help me i didn't get any parcel they stolen my parcel and say there that they delivered me without my permission how can they say that they delivered me no signature no verification ridiculous it is please reply asap ticket no.             Bought one bluetooth speaker as a birthday gift on 7 march, delivered by 17 march and within a few days started producing crackling sounds. Had to go for a replacement option and replacement was picked up on 7 april. Tried to follow via email given on boat website but there was no satisfactory response. On 16 april a new product was issued, as it read on the cheack complaint status page

            They are behind expected dates by weeks. Almost one month now.
            Many complaints against this company regarding customer service but no follow up from consumer complaints forum as well

              Hi team,

              I have ordered boat 225 headphones worth 599 inr on 29 september 2018 through amazon.in.

              Now the headphones mic and one side speaker is not working and raised the same complaint in boat.com/support web portal. Ticket number 240257. Its been more than 17 days but there is no response from the team.

              There is no customer support number to dial in and raise the issue to next level.
              I am from indore (madhya pradesh) i bought this product from amazon after 9 months the power button of the speaker is not working and sound is too low.
              So I contact to boat company but they are not picking up calls of the customer so i register my complain on there website but they messaged me that my invoice is not valid

                I had purchased a boat's earphone on 3rd march 2018 and it is not working from 18th december, hence i have registered a complaint at support. Boat-lifestyle.com on 20th december with complaint id - 14*0. With repetitive follow ups and complaints no one has come to pick it up till date. Everytime i call the customer support they ask me to wait for a day but does not escalate my complaint.

                This is not an acceptable behaviour from boat as it is a reputed brand. We buy products from boat based on it's brand value. Please let me know how to move ahead with this complaint.

                  I have purchased on 25.11.2018 Boat BassHeads 100 In-Ear Headphone with Mic and it is stopped working. today 2nd jan i have complaint with "Your ticket number is : 151737" and no clue for resolution.
                  When i called customer care they told it will take 12-14 working for replacement or resolution. They asked to come mumbai for resolution.
                  i didn't went Mumbai for purchase.
                  To get order it take 2 days and for fault it will take 12-14 working days.?
                  Where is compensation for delay.!!

                    While i want to give them the chance to provide them our products and service.
                    The telephone takes many circles to connect to the customer people. Hardly to listen from them. Even though the customer service people is really warmly hearted, but it takes too much time for me to wait and finally still cannot know the contact way for their importing manager.

                      I am using bass head 220 for last 2months and now it is not working properly.. The left side is only has problem, i have to press the jack or move sightly.. Other wise it does not give output..
                      Tried a lot to connect with customer care of boat but didn't get any answer from them.. The priduct is in warranty but seems to be of no use because a customer can not connect to customer care for the same..

                          I am buy a boat headphone from flipkart but 2months later it's one side doesn't work then i complain register to boat official website on 30 july 2018 next day a delivery man pick up my headphone for replacement and deliver send to the boat company mumbai on 9 the august 2018 and till now i am not received the replacement or refund or any mail or sms from the boat company... And i doesn't connect to boat customer care because customer care executive are all time busy doesn't pick up any call.. I attached many screen shot.

                            On march 6 i bought a earphone from flipkart and the brands name is boat by imagine marketing private ltd for 600rs
                            Now after one month it has stopped working due to some jack problem and i've sent a mail to the company but they aren't taking any action
                            I need a replacement for this headset or the company should provide me my money back
                            Its been such a bad product from the company
                            I ordered a boat headset in Amazon shopping after 6 months usage the head set right side earphone was not working I have 1 year manufacturing warrenty so need to claim my warrenty for my boat headset please help me
                            I have purchased a headphones boat .. atomic the sound gets increase and decrease as well as the music gets changed atomically..so please solve my problem as so as possible

                              I had purchased new headphones (Boat bassheads 225 in-ear super extra bass headphones with one button mic (Red) | b01mcusd3l) of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with a warranty of 1year. After a month o[censored]sage during which the period to return to amazon is completed, the mic stopped working.
                              I raised a complaint (Complaint ticket number [#41317] on 11th november) with the boat brand selling in india with name

                                  Boating staff shows reckless behavior towards watch on people using boat.in case of emergency you are on your own. Those people will be busy in themselves. It happened with me & my family. My boat's handle stopped working & we were about to hit the wall & we were shouting for help for 10mins (It is big time in case of serious emergency) then we receive their attention. When we reach to landing & went to lady, who sells ticket (She was also sitting near by river & chatting), and asked "you could also watch people who need help when you are free and call someone for help." she told "it's not my duty." we were shocked. When we asked her people's life doesn't matter to you? She straight away told "i don't care" and started abusing badly.

                                      I bought bass heads 600, they had a problem in sound after some time.
                                      So, i contact the company via email, and asked for replacing or repairing.
                                      They assured me that they will be replacing them with new bass heads 900. Now its over 2 months that i had not received the headphones.

                                        Since the purchase I am really disappointed with the product.I encounter below issue every time.

                                        1) It doesn't charge completely
                                        2) What ever is charges last only for about 10 mins of continuous use (call or music)
                                        3) Since yesterday, the device is not even charging. I.e with out the charger plugged, the device wont event switch on for search.

                                        I have raised a request with the product company as I still have 1 year warranty on the product valid.
