Very poor service, just money making business, no business ethics followed. After paying initial rs.1000 you are told to shortlist candidates. I shortlisted 5 candidates, and after few days i was told all candidates you shortlisted are not available. How all 5 candidates got booked suddenly? Why give customer fake information on online portal. Later you send candidate even without matching customers initial criteria, wasting both customer and maid time on interviews.

I hired a maid from bookmybai for four hours paying more than rs.8000 as placement fees to the agency. After 10 days they placed the maid who was working at my place in another house for a full day job without my notice as she wanted a full day job to earn more money, when i learnt about this i tried calling the co-ordinator assigned to me and she does not pick my call and another representative was assigned to me after following up multiple times. Again after following up multiple times, i was sent two maids for interview who again were looking for a full day job. When i reported that to the co-ordinator, she suddenly closed my account without letting me know about it and stopped taking the calls. Now i have lost more than rs.8000 to the agency who does not respond after multiple calls and emails. I do not even find their contact number on their website. I could get the mail id of the manger of my co-ordinator and emailed him multiple times and even he does not respond to the email. I am completely upset about the entire episode and the loss of money to them. The intention was to hire a maid whom i can trust but when the agency who is working on providing maids itself is a big fraud how can we trust their entire system.

Charged me 14k for providing a 10 hour nanny.. Within 1.5 months had to ask for replacement as the maid was always late by 30-45 minutes and fell ill almost every week. Now it has been more than a week and im still waiting for a replacement! I had interviewed one who was supposed to koin today morning but without any intimation she decideynot to turnup and no one in the agency or their service boys is answering my call... Worst service

Bookmybai has provided me baby sitter(21 yr old girl) named as Tejal. I had gone to my native for 3 days and after coming back baby sitter named Tejal is not picking up my calls. No reply. She has taken advanced money from me. Not taking proper care of my baby. My baby's is completely unwell since she has joined. Not taking proper care.
Not answering the calls as well.

The maid ran with the money and few valuable. Stopped answering the phone calls. When call the staff of bookmybai to complain. They also stopped answering the phone and did not have any replacement even after charging 20k. Poojitha. One of the employee was too rude to us that we finally stopped calling. But i m writing it now because i don't want others to suffer like we did. Just stop your firm. I[censored] don't know how to run it! Simple

The site promises to refund you your money if they don't find your maid. However, after calling them multiple times they have not done this. Every time I call they promise to do it that day but just never refund the money.

I had an urgent requirement for a nanny. However, after paying the initial amount to book my bai, they did absolutely nothing to help me find a maid. The so called representative would not answer calls. This service is a waste of money.

Book my bai is an absolute scam, we hired them to arrange a 24/7 maid and paid more than inr18, 000 and the contact person allotted to us was pooja kanojia.

After paying advance fee and several shoddy maids finally we selected a maid name rupali dait, she turns out to be a cheat, she worked for us for 2 weeks and requested for an advance inr16, 000 because her mother was in dire need of money, and we gave her because she was living in our house, she vanished the very next day of getting the advance.

Its been 3 weeks since rupali dait ran away with the advance money neither they have found a replacement for us nor are they ready to refund, they suggested a maid to us whose name was swapnali lade the maid said her husband is dead and book my bai says he is alive, they dont verify such basic information about the maids they place in our houses and they dont do it for free they charge us such a huge amount of money for doing so, its such a dangerous operation they run without any ethic or shame, its most dangerous company to rely on and its pure scam... We paid your registration fees plus 15000 extra as asked by you before providing us, maid.
Next day kavita maid came.in the interview, she was ready to look after the baby and take care of the baby job (No other household work) eg washing her clothes, making her sleep and feeding her. I would even like to tell we have booked for 24 hours live in maid. Within the first week, only maid tantrum started that my children are now elder that's y i won't be able to look after an infant. Once my baby was crying and not able to sleep she left her and went telling us i won't do overtime after 10:00 pm and won't make her sleep. I would also like to tell you, my daughter goes to creche from 9:00 am to 5:00pm so she only needs to take care of the baby when she comes back till she sleeps and no other household work.
We asked for the replacement from an agency consultant name poojita (Who is busier than me and my wife as i do 48 hrs duty in the hospital and even then pick up calls but she is so busy she will never call back also). Somehow after calling her every day for more than 5-6 times daily she picked up but before that only maid tantrum started that she wants to go meet her daughter this weekend, before keeping her at work we made very clear that we can't give leave in that month as my wife was also suppose to join her next course that month. But she left next day itself without considering our problem.
We paid her in her account.
Next maid came after 20 days, her name was vidya. She was good no complaints neither from us nor from her. One day my wife took her to her hospital as my daughter was in the creche and she will be alone at the house. But she disappeared from the hospital and wife kept her calling on the phone but she kept on telling i will come and came after 1 hour. My wife tried calling this agency consultant poojitha to inform her about the incident but as usual, she is busier than doctors and didn't picked up the call.
As her 1 month completed, her elder sister called me that her mother and is not well and she needs to come and see her. We asked her about the disease but she didn't tell anything, we gave her money for some use in the hospital as needed. Next day we get a call "i won't work as my parent doesn't want me to work anymore" and cut the call and left.
Again the same cycle started for trying to call poojitha and she never picked up call. Somehow we were lucky enough she gave us a temporary maid for time being till she finds a good maid.
Somehow my wife was managing both her hectic course and baby as every month maids were changing.
After calling her so many times she sent one maid after 15 days. But then this maid who came as temporary started her tantrums and crying and drama that she wants to work here only and requested us to not send her back. As my wife is kind hearted she told her to continue. Now her one month got completed and now she wants to go celebrate eid and will not come back to work.
We asked her she should have told us before because it becomes really horrible for my daughter to get adjusted to one maid and she leaves after completing one month.

Scam:

1) you guys have told you will replace four times and in four months we asked only one replacement and rest all your maids are working and leaving exactly after completing one month.
So it's a fraud which you guys are doing with all clients by rotating every maid every month in different houses so your replacemt condition is fulfilled in max four months and then again you can ask for service fee to provide next maid.

Stop this scam and provide a reliable babysitter

I had a very bad infact worst experience with this maid that they referred to me, bhavana jadhav... Extremely unprofessional.. Full of attitude.. Lazy. Rude.. My baby use to keep crying and she use to be on the phone.. Inspite of telling her end number of times her behaviour continued.
My baby had abuse marks on his face and body.. I am a working woman and my husband works out of india, we handed our baby to her and soon i realised he had abuse marks.. Also he use to be scared going to her.
When she use to take him down for walks.. She use to make my just turned 1 year old baby walk that too on the side where vehicles pass from and use to keep talking on the phone.. Our neighbours bought this to our notice.
Il also post a video of her which i secretly took so that you people wont risk handing your baby to this woman. I have many such videos where my baby is crying and shes least bothered.

I have registered on bookmybai by paying inr 1000/- on 30th may but they neither contacted me for anything nor returned my money yet.

This bookmybai online agency is has pathetic service do not ever book service from this agency. Thet assured me of replacement of bai if she disconues within 3months our bai is not coming since last 4 days and no agent on phone is picking up call and give us proper reply they charge as high as maids salary. Im tired of calling them again and again but no buddy is replying its my personal experience do not ever book services from this agency.

This company works a scam, they are more vested in the maids requirements rather than the consumers who by the way pay them a huge commission fees.
I posted a requirement for a 24 hr maid, she was a fresher. They do not have any method of verifying their background nor do they assist in Police verification. When I interviewed her she seemed so scared and refused to divulge any details about herself or her background. She was just 19 years old.
Another one lined up for us was an experienced maid but our coordinator Archana refused to give us reference check and refused to send her for an interview fearing we will ask her past references.
Pathetic services and I doubt the authenticity of their maids. Imagine a person I will keep in my house for 24 hours- feed her, give her a roof to stay, pay her-pay the agency and I dont even get a reference or background check. Its terrifying.

On browsing for maids in my area in Bangalore, I saw a few hundred promising ones listed very professionally on BookMyBai.com
I paid for a priority service to find a maid.
I was contacted by a Poojitha and spoken to very professionally, with an excellent sms followup of every conversation.
I had the recruiter call me about about 2 dozen times to set up and cancel appointments.

But at the end of the whole rigmarole, they brought be only 1 maid for an interview - from 9 to 10 kilometers away!

I kept calling them for weeks for meetings with local women, but they just didnt seem to have any - saying they all had jobs.

THEN WHY SHOW THEM ON THE DATABASE IN THE HUNDREDS?

I even called the manager Deepak to get clarity. 2 weeks ago he said that he will look into it personally. That he will recruit someone for me personally.

I have not got a call back since then.

This leads me to believe that the database is fraudulent, and they just dont have the maids on their database as they claim.

I have used your services from 3rd February 2017 for a baby sitter. Your maid Vaishali had gone on 11th may 2017. Had requested for a replacement. You've sent one who was not ready to work even for the basic cleaning of baby's room. And on top of it, your staff was so rude in talking and also said I will not give you any replacement. If this is the kind of service a reputed company like yours give, I am disappointed. Further more, the maid who came asked for a higher salary than the original contract

I had booked a baby sitter through book my bai in nov and today exactly after 6 months and 4 days, bai called and said that she wont be able to come due to some injury. This seems to be ploy by the company to force clients to keep renewing contracts.. Horrible service.. And this gentleman complaints about bollywood celebrities being unethical and treating maids inhumanly.. The way this business is run by him is itself a con process.. We trusted maid to the extent that when she went on leave for 10 days we did not approached book my bai believing she will come back, we did not even cut her salary for previous months even when she took 4.5 days leaves in a month instead of promised 2 days... But now she and agency has duped us... I understand anupan will say that our contract was for 6 months and we are not obligated beyond that... But then you need to advice clients on how often these maids will exactly run away after 6 months.. Something is definitely fishy..

We were looking for a nanny service for our new born. Other agencies in bangalore charge around 12k for a full time nanny but bookmybai charges 15k+taxes = 17250. We thought to go for bookmybai instead of local agencies which could be a cheat. we paid up around 17.5k to bookmybai.com in the account of NANO JOB CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD, and got the maid on 7th April 2017. Within next couple of days she started demanding leave for some or the other reasons. We denied that, after next few days she said - her daughter has got chicken fox, she needs to leave urgently at 1:00 pm same day, i had to return back from office and she left the next day.
We calledup bookmybai, they gave a replacement in next couple of days, and this one was not fit for anything, she did not know the job at all, dispite of giving her the instructions, she will forget etc, did feed the child enough, fought with our other maids and accused them of steal. Thank god, i had cctv at home to prove that she was cheat. we had to sack her on 1st May.
Replacement was suppose to turn up on 1st May but no body is picking up the phone now.
Its 2nd May now, and we have gone through hell with the maids provided by bookmybai and now they are not even picking up the call.
After 3 weeks, we have lost around 30k and back to square one.
Sent a mail to [protected]@gmail.com also but no response.
This is a real fraud company.

Extremely unprofessional maid agency.
Seems more vested in maids interest than building a trustworthy relationship with the customers.

We resigtered and paid 1000 expecting a prompt action for an urgent live-in maid requirement on 6 APR 2017.

The co-ordinator was Ms. Shilpa. I had to ask for updates on maids availability. There was no action for first two weeks.
Finally last week they sent two maids - first one was already placed somewhere else and came looking for alternate option to interview with us and we were not told about this. Second one was a 45 yrs old frail lady who couldn't even converse in Hindi and was not at all a match for our requirement. But for second one Ms. Shilpa was ready to give us trial period!

Today when I tried calling her both numbers are unreachable. So we don't expect the initial registration to be refunded but want to warn others to be vary of this terrible agency!! The agency doesn't even have a proper helpline number and only way to contact them is to send mail and don't expect any acknowledgement of same.

One of the worst Maid service. They will charge huge amount and they are not having quality maids/ Nanny. once money transferred to their account (Nano Consultancy) they wont care. for transferring money they will call more than ten times.
Maid/Nanny they don't have basic training and even absconding with out prior notice. If you ask for replacement. they wont take call and arrange maids.

I am almost fighting with them for 20 days, still no proper response. Call center also not functioning properly, no basic training they will put you hold for more than 5/10 mins.
we can directly go and hire instead of wasting to pay commission to them.

Had booked maid from 1st feb. for 4 hrs. Paid rs.6900 as commission.
The maid was working well when one fine day we found out that she had stolen some cash and my debit card. Removed her from 25th march 17. Settled all dues and Asked for replacement. They send one maid who was too dumb and also unwilling to work for number of hours she was being paid for, so removed her from 2nd day itself. After that have been calling bookmybai. They rarely pick my calls. And never ever they bother to call back. If call is picked they make a false promise that the made will be arriving today.
Lot of hype, revolutionary idea but they fail to deliver. They don't have maid at their disposal, have tie up with local agents and therefore at the agents' mercy. Very poor execution.
I have no hope left. Just want my proportionate commission amount's refund. Had been alloted Mr. Manoj as the relationship mgr who never picks call, even spoke to Mr. Rohan, Manager who talked quite decently but nobody actually did anything to give me a replacement. Very disappointed..

I have raised a replacement of my babysitter 10 days before to one of your executive (name withheld intentionally), which I have not recieved so far. Moreover the agenct is not taking my calls, seldome replies on messages that he is working on requirement but has not provided any replacement till now. I have already told them in advance that I am a working women and absence of maid makes me to takes unwanted leaves from office, which is resulting in loss of pay.
Does your company going to take onus of it? I have already lost half of my salary till now just because the agency is unable to provide replacement and their executives are not concerned towards client urgent requirement.

Their is poor response from even the Mumbai call center. Please help if anyone in Bookmybai is reading this complaint.
