We are still a customer of Bookmybai. Our initial experience with the company was really good. Even the maid we got was good. We had got a full time babysitter, hence her payment was high, so was the fees paid to the agency (1 month salary of maid).
But in less than 3 months, our maid left and said she cannot join back (not even 1 day notice). We tried convincing her as we both (husband wife) are working full time, it was difficult to manage things suddenly.
But my real concern is, our agency contact person seems very passive about all this. In whole last week (since maid left), we called her minimum 10 times. She sounds very assuring on the call that she will convince our maid to come for 2 weeks or she will provide new maid etc etc) but does not contact us later at all.
I am not sure what exactly we paid(11K Rs) the agency for. Only for providing one maid?
If the agency sounds so professional, why cant they make sure that maids do not leave with minimum notice period(unless an absolute emergency, which is not in our case at least) or convince them accordingly? I can imagine it must be difficult to deal with maids, but in case of (24hours) full time babysitters, there should be some criteria for them as well.
We actually were very impressed initially but now we are very disappointed even though we were very very supportive with the agency person as well as the maid.
This complaint is not written to spoil the company's name or misuse social media, but just because we do not know whom to contact now in this case. As we do not have any other agency customer care contact number. If again we contact our POC from agency, we would be hearing some stories which we are tired to hear by now.
I apologize on behalf my bookmybai team. Unfortunately the maid that was selected by you did not turn up at the end moment. I hope you understand that in the line of business we are in, its very difficult to predict whether the maid would turn up or not and that why we usually give options to the clients. In your case because the maid did not turn up at the last moment we were willing to give more options. However since you did not want the service anymore the refund was issued immediately. I hope you have received the refund.
I sincerely hope you give us another opportunity in the future whenever you have a requirement of a maid. Again, apologies for inconvenience caused to you because of this
