I have raised a replacement of my babysitter 10 days before to one of your executive (name withheld intentionally), which I have not recieved so far. Moreover the agenct is not taking my calls, seldome replies on messages that he is working on requirement but has not provided any replacement till now. I have already told them in advance that I am a working women and absence of maid makes me to takes unwanted leaves from office, which is resulting in loss of pay.
Does your company going to take onus of it? I have already lost half of my salary till now just because the agency is unable to provide replacement and their executives are not concerned towards client urgent requirement.

Their is poor response from even the Mumbai call center. Please help if anyone in Bookmybai is reading this complaint.

Registered myself in the Bookmybai portal and provided my selection criteria in detail. While placing my requirement, the Webportal recommended to pay 1000 INR to get the request prioritized. It also provided the agent details as Poojitha with a Mobile Number [protected]. After that, i have been trying to call every day but no one picks up the phone. I have even logged couple of complaints through the portal and no response to that.

Hence, i have come to the conclusion that this company cheated my 1000 INR by making false claim of prioritizing maid availability. Calls made to the agent several times with out any answer. Totally fake organization, bluffing people.

Pathetic service! Highly disappointed with the service provided by Bangalore team. I waited for more than 5 months to get a good maid but now i lost complete trust in them. Paid 15k to the agency for a full time maid trusting that the service is going to be good & all the trouble of having part time maid will be gone. But it became a nightmare soon after paying them. 1st maid was there for 2 days, 2nd one stole a Gold ring but we couldn't recover since it was found later (we still paid her money though the agency said not to pay as we don't want later anyone to say we just got the service but didn't pay). 3rd, 4th & now still waiting for a maid who stays for long term. in the last 5 months only the 2nd one stayed for a month(who stole) rest all for few days & that too they gave us so much trouble. Nevertheless getting the replacement was a HELL. So much of false promise, they just don't respect our time and make you a fool. We contacted everyone in the Bangalore office (Shilpa, Nagaraj, Anil etc) but all are useless. THEY JUST DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH. UTTER CHEAT. Yesterday they promised to send a maid for interview to my wife's office at 4pm (after calling several times in the morning & confirming the same) made her wait till 8pm at office then later they stopped attending calls. My wife rescheduled all other appointments just to take this interview. But at last not even a courtesy they had to call her and inform that no one is coming. While we understand that promises can't be kept every time but here they never make any commitments after you pay YOU ONLY have to keep calling checking when where etc.. THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED. All we got it SLEEP LESS NIGHTS & LOSS OF MONEY AND HEALTH. Bravo Bookmybai!

I had hired a maid for cleaning purpose whose first day at work was yesterday i. E 14.3.17. Today on 15.3.17 she dint turn up and on calling her she said she is not feeling well and won’t be able to come hence forth, this is the worst service provided by your team, the cordinator assigned to us (Maria) is not available, her phone is coming switched off. I feel cheated and think this is a fraud company, also the rs.1000/- paid was not adjusted in the commission paid to your person who came along with maid on the 1st day. Kindly revert back as soon as possible.

In an urgent requirement of a babysitter, i paid Rs1000 just in a hope that my urgent need would get attention within 2-3days.

I got registered with BookMyBai a week ago. In 2 days’ time they send me 2 maids for interviews, stating that there are 2 people available closer to my area. I shortlist one and they agreed to send her for trial; on Thu. Then they called and said she has a doctors appt. and cannot make it on Thu. That they'll send her on Sat morning. I waited, the maid didn't turn up. I tried calling (several times) the person (Poojita) from the agency, whom I was interacting with, but no response nor a call back. I called their call center and took their Boss' number (Rohan - [protected]); called him several times but no response.
I still hope that I’ll get a response soon, coz it they turn out to be fraud, I am going straight to the police. I have very good contacts with the cops, so hopefully they don't have to regret for their mistake (if although it is)

We have paid advance to them and then they sent one guy with 2 maids who said that they will come the net day to do a trial and thats the last we heard about the money or the maid. Absolute crap and fraud services! Unfortunately we don't have time to chase them to get our money back. They seem to be very happy to cheat people like that and do nothing about it .I even doubt if the maids are really going to try out or they just visit once, say they will come back and then that's the end of it..

I registered with bookmy bai on 7th November for a live-in maid in Bangalore. I was assigned a relationship consultant called Poojitha. They sent me a maid (Vijaylakshmi) the same day and things were fine. On 18th November, the maid went off for 2 day holiday to finish some bank work.in her home town and after coming back started behaving extremely rudely and refused to do majority of the chores. On 25th morning, she refused to do some work after which I asked the relationship manager (Poojitha) to take her back. Due to demonetization, I did not have enough cash so requested the agency to pay her while I offered to transfer the money online. The maid created a huge ruckus in my house, called the police and yelled and screamed to get her money and had to be escorted out by buliding security (I had to borrow money from neighbours to pay her). I got a replacement the same day (Renuka) who did not know anything -not even Hindi and I don't speak Kannada. Absolutely incompetent. I kept her as one manager called Anil apologised and assured me that she is just a stop gap arrangement and that I would be given a proper replacement in a few days when the new lot of maids would arrive from Hubli. This maid however started wearing my stuff in my absence (earrings, shawls etc.). Again, I was very patient and asked Poojitha and Anil to take her back somewhere around 8th December. Also, she was just sent to my house the day she arrived from Hubli. No background or verification done. She told another maid that she didn't know anyone at Book my bai. What kind of professional service is that.I kept following up with the team and no one ever got back to me. they sent me one maid in between who came to my door and refused to work in a house with Dogs and left. Then they forced me to take a maid with a salary of 15k per month. I kept telling them that with the previous experience I've had with the maids provided, I would like to start at 12k per month and then if she works well then I will look at an increment. I don't think the contract binds me to take a maid at the asking price. I have the authority to negotiate and decide on a salary. Anyway, I have been sending reminders to the entire team and no one has the courtesy to respond. i have called, texted and whatsapped ANil and Poojitha. I have already paid you guys 17, 000 as commission. I would like to get a refund of my money and end this chapter. This has been my worst nightmare dealing with the folks at Book my Bai Bangalore.

Book my bai .com a big scam!!! For once I trusted an online maid service. But it turned out to be the biggest scam...obviously testimonials are a lie and one more way for the person who masterminded it to make money dishonestly 😢😢😢 they took the registration fee rs 1000/- which I paid by credit card. Despite the site saying I could shortlist maids after paying up. It was not possible...then spoke to their Rep Manoj who promised to...

Sales representatives are not at all professional .They are extremely pathetic to respond or revert back.
i wanted to appoint a caretaker. For last 2 weeks i am calling their sales representatives but either they are not reachable or always giving false promises.they scheduled one interview for it but it didn't happen and they are not at all bothered to call .they are not even answering my calls
when i tried to escalate it to their senior manager they are also i guess super busy to respond to call or mails

Well the experience started off well. Signed up, shortlisted, interview scheduled to our surprise none from the shortlist came over.

However my mom and my wife liked the candidate who came and we hired her. Things were good until one fine day when she messaged she wont be able to continue the very next day she collected her months salary stating personal reasons.

I hired a maid through bookmybai and paid their sister company nanojobs a sum of Rs 13800/- being a month's salary plus service tax. Before I made this payment, their executive Sneha was very very prompt in connecting with me. The maid left me after working for a week, perhaps because I insisted on her providing me with the contact details of her husband or close relative's contact number. She even refused to provide me with the address where she stays. She did not show up for work after a week and now Sneha is not available when I call bookmybai. The contrast in behaviour before I made the payment and now, is very unprofessional and disappointing

I opted for the services for the first time and was actually impressed with the website, where I could shortlist the maid and the service I wanted. I was excited and was waiting to hear from them, but did not receive any calls for 2 days. When I did receive I believed that they would send me a maid from the list I created, but that wasn't the case, they had sent a maid who I did not choose. Anyways I was happy because I had a maid at last as I have broken my hand and need assistance.
The maid had to cook and clean up, her services were not up to mark and she was always in a hurry, putting off work and claiming she would do it the next day.
After 4 days, she doesn't show up and I was informed that she is sick will show up the next day. Its been 10 days, she hasn't come and when requested for replacement the agent from bookmybai keeps ignoring my request or either doesn't pick my call.
Why promise customers when you have no capacity to deliver them.

It seem BookMyBai Agency, 310, Gemstar Commercial Complex, Ramchandra Lane, Kachpada, Near Paras Industrial, Malad West, Mumbai Ph:[protected] is a fraud and all the complaints on the internet about this company are true. I am the latest person to get duped. They take 1000 rs for a particular candidate that you select and then don't send anyone. Everytime I have to call to check and thrice they said they I'll send someone at a particular time no one showed up, no call to explain why or no follow up. 191 CVs show up on their website when you search for a maid in Andheri East. It's probably all fake as must be all the stats posted in these responses here. Owner details are not mentioned on the website. True con job indicator. Will involve cops and other authorities via RTI

I avoid complaining about start-ups because i feel that inconveniences caused are generally teething issues but with bookmybai.com i'm beginning to think i've unearthed their modus operandi of collecting commission without providing a maid

*tldr*
- quality of maids is very poor (Their background check is a joke) which is a disaster for us users.
- during replacement of maid they will twist (Reduce) your previous requirements to the point that hiring a maid will seem useless
- after taking commission (Non-refundable) their behaviour totally changes to the point that i feel stressed out to talk to the agent now

I contacted bookmybai for a maid, when speaking to agent she bent over backwards and said requirements were flexible and it all depends on what the maid agree to do etc. They sent me a maid who was super enthu about doing things, we hired her and gave the commission to bookmybai. Maid turned out to be a dishonest person who was looking for another job and had no intentions of working as a maid in the first place.*she worked for just enough time for the commission cheque to get cashed and simply disappeared after that.*

Same agent i was interacting with who was super accommodating earlier calls me and reduces my requirements and speaks as if shes doing me favour (In reality, the previous maid the sent me was a lair.). The replacement maid also didnt show up. I'm at my wits end and totally tired of dealing with these guys.

Im extremely disappointed at their service and very suspicious of the maids they are sending after the unpleasant incident.

Hi had registered on book my Bai 3 months back. Got a call back. After telling my requirements I told them I will pay 9000 for 9 hrs. To which first they said it's too less. So then I said I will look for another agency. In 5 mins I got a call back and they said there r 2 maids ready to work in 9000. One came said she will join in 2 days but never came another came joined next day. But this Maid is terrible. Was sick the entire month.we repeatedly told her to see doc and would give meds from home she was still the same. Finally my little children fell sick. She doesn't even know how to do basic house work even after showing for a month. Finally we ask for replacement after 2 months. They said they will send another one. They did but she did reply back it's been more than a month. They sent 3 maids. Out of which 1 I rejected rarest never came. Then they said increase salary. First I didn't agree. Coz I was getting maids from another agencies. But since I had already paid them they were taking advantage of the situation. Finally I agreed to the amt they said 9500. But it has been 2 days still no maid replaced. They documents day 15 days it's been over a month now. Their website says immediate replacement. But it's not true. None of the maids on their site r available. It's all fake. I feel cheated. Helpless.

I have been following up with bookmybai since the last 10 days for replacement of the maid provided by them but they have not been able to provide a replacement. The maid pooja of bookmbai is irregular, reports to work at her own whims and fancies, and in the month of october has already been absent for about 6 days. When i approached bookmybai, i was told that i would have to continue with her till a replacement is provided.

Bookmybai promised a call within an hour after payment of 1000 Rs but no one called. They have no contact number listed. They promised many things as a part of their service but oing by their online reputation this one seems to be a waste of time and money.

I got a SMS stating that I will get a call from Nikhat with mobile number [protected] will call me with further details. I never got a call and refund is also not processed. This is a fraud company.

Bookmybai takes the crown in mistreating their clients in numerous ways. They take 1000 rupees upfront and send maids for 2 days and then demand salary of theirs. While the customer suffers, and makes numerous calls to bookmybai, they fail to take calls and when they do, they only postpone their duty to send a maid at the right time. While it seems, that any business should be sorry about the plight that they lend their customers do, these guys, take pride in it and talk of throwing the 1000 rupees given before on their customers faces.
When asked to escalate the call to their owners, the employees cut the call and blatantly ask their customers to come to their office for a face-off.
I would never ever recommend such a service to my fiercest foe, and would demand that these guys pay not just the 1000 rupees but also for the time and effort that they waste of their customers'.

I have suffered through the similar pain. I wanted to utilize their premium services by paying 1000Rs. upfront as I needed a baby sitter urgently. However I was told that in my area( electronic city) they dont have any database of maid( to my surprise as they clearly have posted details of many of them in the surrounding areas on their website). Anyways I was also promised that they will revert my refund through NEFT as I had made the payment through online banking. Their employee Anil is dealing with my request and even after thousands of calls over 1.5 months he fails to refund my money. Everytime he picks my calls only after multiple no. of calls made to him in one go and he promises that he will refund the money and that he has initiated the transfer I haven't received my refund.
@Dear Mr. Anupam, if your company is so prompt in taking the deposit for premium services make sure you provided premium services and train your support staff. This is plain cheating I would call. Please arrange to refund my money on priority. And this is not how business works. It is always two ways. Even if you are unable to provide your services that you had charged for, you should be prompt enough in refunding what you promised.

I also see that you promptly responding to complaints raised here. However I rather would have been happy that you and team had dealt with such promptness before we lodged a feedback and complaint on such a public forum
