I purchase a samsung branded power bank from your reputed on line shoping site on dated 06.05.2016. But from the 1st day its not working. I charging full day oo power bank but no backup given when I connect with phone. I trying lots of time but its nor work. Please help me to solve this problem. If its requried to change please change it and give me the actual original one. If 500/- more requered i ready to pay. But please give me the original one. Your early response appriciable.

Xiaomi power bank (Millet mobile power 20000mah, 100 hours, including charger), with original xiaomi portable flexible usb mini fan.

My order date was order : [protected], order date: 18.04.2016 02:21, payment methods: credit card.

I received the products on 24th april. 2016.

Unfortunately i received all fake products - none of the products is xiaomi make.
All the following products are local chinese make product.
1) power bank is pasted with samsung logo.
2) no charger for the power bank only a cheap quality usb cable supplied.
3) usb fan is a non-branded local chinese usb fan.

But in their web page they are displaying it as - "buy xiomi power bank with original xiaomi portable flexible usb mini fan".

I have tied to contact with the customer care more than 20 times over phone each times calls automatically got disconnected after 36 -40 sec. I also send complain through their ‘contact us” page - http://www.bookmyoffer.com/contact_us; as well as through my registered email id with them “ [protected]@rediffmail.com, details of which are attached.

Till date rather than sending me a mare complain received acknowledgement email none turned up from their end of customer care of bookmyoffer till date.

After surfing various web site i got the information that - www.bookmyoffer.com is completely cheating with the customers. Please find hear with like of the respective sites:

Dear sir/mam,
I ordered a samsung power bank 16800mah on this site for rupees 548 against order no. Unibmoc220324 & ref. No. [protected] but company delivered me dead battery today (7 may 2016). I requested the company to change my order with original and new product i[censored] can not change the power bank then return my money or i will take a legal action against the book my offer...

Purchased a product (Samsung 16800mah power bank) on 2nd may'2016 but received in non working condition.
The product was very old & already used one and also without proper documents like brochure/manuals etc.

Informed and already made a complaint the same to bookmyoffer
And received very dissatisfied reply that "we apologies for the inconvenience, we would like to inform you product which you have bought through our web site it's a deal (Oem) product, and product delivery in totally depend on product availability which is already mentioned in our web site."

Even if it is deal (Oem) product, the product is supposed to work and no one will go for buying a faulty product even it is free!
In this case, the product is not functioning.

But when l had opened the packet of order i found samsung 20800 mah power bank. I charged the power bank and when i was trying to charge the mobile through your power bank. Your product is not working only one minute charged my mobile still i am trying to charging my phone but not work your product.
I have believed in bookmy offer is world best online shop. But today found that i was wrong due the performance of your products. I surprising how it is that how your product is not working.
So, dear sir, i want request to you that please prepare or change your product as i purchased very hopefully otherwise gives me my money rs548.
I carefully say to you sir please mind my complain if you ignored it i will go consumer forum. I will go rti and may be i will go police and court for judicial judgement. I will to case to you if you does not give me better poduct or service.
I am ready to get expenses more than rs5000 for getting the rs548 which is used in purchasing your product.
Yes i filling very bad because i believe in bookmy offer but you give this type of product i can't believe.
Hope you understand my complaint so please prepare or change your product otherwise gives me my money rs548.

I have ordered mi powerbank 10400mah by bookmyoffer.com site with 448rs. For product. They send me fake power bank by courier. I have checked the power bank. Powerbank is duplicate.
