I HAD ORDERED FOR SAMSUNG POWER BANK 16800 MAH WHICH I RECD ON 12.05.16 BUT WHEN I CHECKED IT PIN INPUT CHARGE PIN WAS VERY INSIDE THE POWERBANK THAT NOT ABLE TO PIN IT UP WITH CHARGER & POWERBANK WAS DUPLICATE. WHEN I OPENED IT COVER I FOUND ALL BETTERIES WERE IN VERY BAD CONDITION. SO I WANT TO RETURN THIS POWERBANK & I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE IMMEDIATELY STEP TO TAKE IT BACK OTHERWISE I HAVE TO GO FOR SOME LEGAL PROCEDURE.

Hello, i am gautam lama of shubhmaya surya narayan high school, bagdogra, darjeeling, west bengal. My order referrence no. Is [protected] by which i placed an order for a pair of shoes by cod. You have sent me the worst quality of shoes inspite of your advertised shoes showing reebok/adidas. So, you are requested to collevt your given item and refund my amount to my bank account.

I had ordered a phone from this company's website . After switching it on it didnt looked like the original one. I inserted the sim card in it it showed the sim card for a few seconds but after that it said sim card removed. I had complained for phone replacement . As the company assured of replacing doubtful phones . I complaint it on the website. They said to contact me in 24 to 48 hours through email . But they didnt contact ne by any either ways. I tried to contact them through customer care. But the phone rang and later was cut itself severel times. Sir i want refund of the phone as promised by them and as written in the replacement policy.

I have ordered a power bank from bookmyoffer site and they sold me a duplicate and damaged product. Ordered no: [protected], i have tried many times to call customercare but call is not connected. I would like to return the product and refund my money back on urgent. And if not i will file case to consumer forum against to take action. My sincere request to take hard action them they won't cheat people for next time.

I want just say that i ordered one pair addidas/Rebook shoes from bookmyoffer.com.and when recived delevery than i shaw the product is local.now I want return Reebok shoes due to local product. Hello i have received a call from bookmyoffer executive (Geeta - [protected]) on 10/05/2016 at 5:30 pm. She said as i am going to get my money back through online itself, so she asked to tell debit card details inorder to get money through card to card transfer. Then she comprimised me to share the card details as the call is recording in database and there is no problem. Then i had shared my information and lost rs.2000/- from my hdfc bank. I request you to take this as a serious matter and do favour to me to get my money back. Rs.448/- for purchasing the product (Mi power bank through bookmyoffer frauds and rs.2000/- for doing fraud transaction from my account.

just wanna inform you that its a scam company, always deliver wrong n used products, i ordered 2 power bank, 1 of MI brand n second Sony brand, first they deliver samsung brand power bank which is not working n then after they delivered used MI brand which is again not working, no response from customer care team, no response for the ticket i raised online

I ordered the power bank on 01.05.2016. They charged me extra rs.148 in the name of shipping & cod. When i received the product the packaging was very bad in fact they had just put it in a box and sealed the box. The product was damaged. After i tried to call them, nobody was on the other side. I mailed them with photographs and got a system generated mail in reply which says that they will contact me or notify me within 24-48 hrs. It has been a week now and still i am unable to contact them on phone and mail. Also they did not give any receipt for my purchase.
