I have ordered a power bank from bookmyoffer site and they sold me a duplicate and damaged product. Ordered no: [protected], i have tried many times to call customercare but call is not connected. I would like to return the product and refund my money back on urgent. And if not i will file case to consumer forum against to take action. Hello i have received a call from bookmyoffer executive (Geeta - [protected]) on 10/05/2016 at 5:30 pm. She said as i am going to get my money back through online itself, so she asked to tell debit card details inorder to get money through card to card transfer.
