I have placed an order for redmi note 3, i have received a stone instead of note 3.

I have received the mobile very late, order was placed on 27th april 2016, and according to company policies they are suppose to deliver the phone with in 5 to 7 days. But i did not received the mobile on the stipulated time. When i asked them, they asked me to wait until i receive the phone.
I received the courier on 6th may unexpectedly. Since i was very busy i could not open the parcel.
I have opened the mobile on 9th may2016, the mobile came on 6th may 2016. When i opened the pack, the mi pack was sealed. I saw there was a stone instead of mobile. I called customer care, they say to report with in 24 hours. When the company does not deliever on time, how do they expect customer to raise the complaint in 24 hours. Now my 12000 rupee is gone. Worst service. I spoke to general manager mr. Sandeep (Ticket number of phone conversation:1656123). He says, i kept stone inside. They treat us very bad. You need to stand in queue to reach them after that there wont be proper response.
This mobile was gifted for me, so my friend took a video when i opened.In the video, it clearly shows that only stone was inside. Even after that, mi customer service doesn't accept that. I request you friends, spend some more money and get a good mobile in cash on delivery don't believe these cheaters. I lost my 12000 inr now.
