I want to bring to your notice that till date my complaint has not been sorted out. After a call from bookmyoffer.com team in dtd. 3rd may (Below said mail copy attached for your ready reference) and giving the assurance that duplicate samsung 16800mah branded power bank order on date - 28.04.2016 22:56 vide order confirmation number: [protected] will be replaced soon and your money will be refunded, as their representatives will approach me. But till date no such representative of bookmyoffer.com had approached me and no replacement had been done yet.
So i, m going to complaint samsung company that under their name general public is being cheated. I had longed the complaint, but you must also on your end take the necessary action against such matters, which is directly making bad image of your brand in the market

So , as per your representative confirmation that money will be refund to my account and the product will be replaced soon, as some one from your company side will approach me soon to solve the complaint.
So now waiting for the same, so that the said chapter will be closed as soon as possible
