Recently I purchsed a Samsung Power Bank from its online site ( Bookmyoffer) but i am very much dissatisfied as the product delivered was not functioning due to which i had to face difficulties.
I requested them to return the damage product and provide me the working product. But they don't seem to any response despite the request made as per their rule.

    I bought this Mi power bank after seeing the iffer on my fb page.i ordered it and when I received the product, it was a damaged product which looked old and used. I contatcted the customer care executive.they told me that it will replaced but after that no one even attended my call nor replied to my mail.
    Its a fraud company and I advise that no one should ever purchase anything from this website.its totally a waste of money n time. Its a fraud company and website

      I had ordered a samsung power bank 16500 mah from www.bookmyoffer.com. The prodcut was delivered to me on 5-may-2016 and i found the product was not working and its seem to be duplicate. I tried calling on the call centre number but no body responded and automaticaly disconcet the calls. My order no. [protected] and i have paid rs. 548/- by cash at the time of delivery. Kindly help getting back the good product or money

        I had ordered for mi 10400 mah power bank on 22nd april. I received only power bank without any charger enclosed in the delivery on 25th April. And even my product is not working.
        I raised a ticket with them for the same on the next day. Till today there was no action taken. And they are not responding to my requests through phone call/my complaint ticket.

          Boths are duplicate and not working properly.
          I am trying to contact with bookmyoffer support department but they do not receive any phone calls and do not reply of my any e-mails.

          Boths power bank are defective its not working at the beginnings. I charged the power bank whole night and its full charge but when i charge my mobile by this power bank, mobile charge only 4% and power bank is empty.

When i got to their helpline no no one was picking the phone and when i got on their website then they just gave apologies. I want my order to be returned right away. The product was no packed well. There was no seal no box of samsung.

                I got the delivery of wrong products on 02.05.2016. I had received one power bank of mi 20800 mah instead of samsung 16800 mah and also received one roti maker, which i had not ordered.

                I had paid rs.1100/- to the delivery boy.

                  Actually the item is not ray ban brand, it is fake product sent by your end. I have checked item and found as below.

                  No visible "rb" on the lens mark (This left lens seen from behind)

                  No logo on nose pad "rb"

                  No flushness logo of the portion of the glass.

                  No high quality lens sticker

                      I bought a MI 10400 mAH power bank from bookmyoffer. But it charged my phone from 0 % to 20% and then the power bank got discharged even though I charged it fully before using it. How come a 10400 mAH power bank could not even charge a 2500mAH phone to more than 20%? I wasted RS.448 for a power bank which wont even have market value of RS.50. The data cable provided with it was used and even the Power Bank seem to be used and had wear and tear marks on it. Even they did not respond to my complaint after 1 week

                        I had ordered a combo offer of 2 mi 10400mah power bank at rs 999 on 17th april 2016 with the reference number [protected], i received the delivery of product on 21st april, i found out certain flaws in the delivered product which are as.
                        1. I received only 1 power bank out of 2 power banks, as it was a combo offer.
                        2. The delivered power bank is a duplicate power bank of mi (Xiaomi) company.
                        3. The power bank is not working properly.
                        I have called their company on many occasions to their given helpline number but nobody answered the call. I also wrote two mails to the company but no response received yet.
                        Now, i want to request my complete refund from the company.

                            I had placed an order for one samsung power bank 16800 mah with three mobile phones at a time charging from their website for rs. 748 vide order no: [protected] on 5th may 2016. Ie. Yesterday afternoon. I had to pay to bearer who delivered in cash as they did not accept credit card online or through net banking and had to pay rs. 50/- extra. Immediately after paying opened and tested the product which was not working and after charging the mobile was not getting charged as soon as it was connected got shut within one minute by itself. Asked the delivery person to refund the cash and take back the product who refused. Called the helpline and could not get through the number for more than an hour. After several attempts lodged a complaint with them vide my complaint reference no: r3r-148-m9gp for which no acknowledgment or email has been received and now past 24 hours.

                              Order no. [protected] for 16800mah power bank delivered to me is not genuine. Power bank is capable of charging only 20% of my 2000mah phone battery. No reponse for return of this product has been entertained from company. No reply to my emails or phone calls has been given by the company. This is clearly a case of cheating. Please help me out.                               Bookmyoffer.com Customer Care, this is the first time you have reponded to me after my several attempts to get in touch with you. Hopefully you would do the needful to get my complaint resolved.
                              This is appreciable that I got a call from [protected] as a representative from bookmyoffer.com and offering me online refund of the amount which I paid for the disputed Power Bank. However it is a doubtful thing that I was asked to provide the CVV number of my VISA Debit card after I had given them the Card Number and Validity. I denied to provide the same on security ground and asked the representative to process the refund in some other mode of payment. No fruitful solution for the refund process was then conveyed to me and still I am in a dilemma if bookmyoffer.com is taking serious transparent interest in processing the refund.

                                  I want to bring to your notice that till date my complaint has not been sorted out. After a call from bookmyoffer.com team in dtd. 3rd may (Below said mail copy attached for your ready reference)   and giving the assurance that duplicate samsung 16800mah branded power bank order on date - 28.04.2016 22:56 vide order confirmation number: [protected] will be replaced soon and your money will be refunded, as their representatives will approach me. But till date no such representative of bookmyoffer.com had approached me and no replacement had been done yet.

                                  So i, m going to complaint samsung company that under their name general public is being cheated. I had longed the complaint, but you must also on your end take the necessary action against such matters, which is directly making bad image of your brand in the market

                                    I am hiral modi had order for mi power bank(Refe. No-[protected]) on bookmyoffer, and its received to me, but product is duplicate, hence, i want to replace or money back but there is no revert from company., i have also complain (Ticket no.Ha9-p2j-x7sw) but there is no resolution or action on it.

                                    Its seems fraud with me.

                                      I received a Rayban sunglasses which is damaged and the Ref no is [protected] even though i have complained on there web site I have not got any response.Tried calling BKS store no [protected] the call goes to the IVR and then gets cut off.These people are cheating innocent people, some one who knows the law please take this up and ge justice to all the poor customers who bought this on trust.

                                        I purchased a samsung power bank and mi power bank today which is damaged and also not working.. Its ref no is [protected] and [protected] respectively, value of 548 and 648 indian rupees and i was trying to call on your helpline no..Its automatically getting disconnected., 1st time i purchased from book my offer and know iam very much dissaapoint so pls either return a new sealed pack power bank with the same features or return my money back. If you do not take any necessary action i will lodge a complaint against your e commerce company in consumer court.
