I ordered a samsung 16800 mah power bank just because it was of samsung but the product is defeated and it's not even charging my mobile for 5%. I am really unsetesfied by this product. I think i have lost my valuable money by purchasing this item. Already many people have complained about the same product.
Kindly change my product with an original and tested product or refund my amount back.

When i recieved the order i saw that the powerbank is duplicate because i also have same power bank so i know that your order is fake and the charging pin is also damaged

The product does not work even after i charge it fully it Simply doesnt charge my phone, i left it to charge overnight still doesnt work, first i thought it could be the USB cable and I changed that too, but with the same result, for 700 Buck's they should be giving us a product worth the money.it is disappointing to see companies screwing up with the ordinary consumer who pays to get something that atleast works

I had ordered samsung 16800 mah power bank from this site, and it was delivered in 5 days, i paid the delever boy 548rs. But the product was defective, i tried to contact costumecare several times, not response but instead of that my balance was minus without talking with them, even i mail them on their site no response, what to do plz advice. I had placed two oredrs one for nokia 1100 refurbished mobile handset and second is nokia 1100 refurbished mobile handset + rayban sunglasses combo offer.

When i open the pack which is delivered to me that is nokia 1100i and these both mobiles are not working.
I think this site bookmyoffer.com is fake site and also only way to make money by sell offload mobile and all accessories.

Ray ban sunglasses aren't good quality it is worth rs 50/- only and you charge 648/-rd from myself I purchase so many things from snapdeal, flipcart, wish, Amazon. but no problem, your quality of sunglasses very poor.it is very big fraud online shopping, my first impression is very bad

The mi powerbank 20800mah i ordered on 6 may and recieved on 9th may isnot wrking properly. Even after charging it fr 5-6 hours it works maximum for an hour and moreover doesnt charge the phone properly. this ws frst time i tried online buying. I received a powerbank which I ordered and it is showing lights while charging. But it cant charge any mobile phone. I placed a complaint in their customer care buttthey said it will take around 8-10 working days. Till date I haven'treceived any reply from them. I hereby attaching a pic of that complaint. Please get me updated in that matter. I have complaint about it to their customer care and even mailed them on their complaint id.

There is a website named Bookmyoffer.com and they are sell faulty/old/used materials to the online customers...When called to the customer care number [protected], it never connects to any person.

This is a bogus website and people behind this website should be put behind the bars for cheating the customers.

Strict and immediate action needs to be taken against them.

It was my order placed from my fb account i thought it a good opportunity to order online but now i think this is fake & useless.

i have received a duplicate and worst product. Its not working. I have called so many times and send mail for refund but dd not get any assistance from bookmyoffer team. This site is totally fake. So many friend already faced same issue. All type of product they sale are duplicate.
O i request to take necessary steps for this company right now to refund or return money...

Ordered sunglasses from bookmyoffer which turned out to be fake...tried contacting them through their customer care number but its never picked up..send multiple emails to the email id given but still no response. wasted lot of money on a fake product highly disappointed.
from a recent email which i sent i got a auto reply from google saying the server did not accept this as any such email does not exist and may be fake.
all of this convinces me that this may be a fake website and this site has already shown me a lot of people being scammed from this same website.

I ordered for one rayban sun glasses, which i rceieved on 7th may. To my surprise it is a duplicate one and was not as per the shown ad and claimed by co. I talked to toll free no. But the lady asked to mail the complaint for refund and refused to tell any thing else.

The product is totally fake with no packing, no mrp as claimed and is freely available on roadside for not more than 50-60 rs.
I have written a mail but now they are not responding and not picking up the phone.
I want refund of my money of rs 898 and compensation for the harrashment.
