I ordered ray ban glasses from book my offer but I got local sun glasses that are hardly 50rs cost in market. Yes that is true and it is big joke. I am trying to call their customer support but this seems that it is fake site and no one is their for picking your phone calls.

He is showing power bank name samsung 16000 mah but this is actually is 2500 mah, my mobile power is 2500 mah battery, i have charged my mobile from this only in 1 times, 2nd time i cant charge my mobile, i have send mail to return this item but, there are no any responce, i have call to help no but call are disconnected again & again, i have buy this before 15 days but still this is not return

Gave me fake products. . did'nt expect it. But next time i will make sure about these online frauds. just hate this book my offeer

Price after dicount and delivery charges : rs. 898/-

The item delivered to me was a fake, not as advertised and damaged. I request a full refund and that serious action be taken against this fraudulent site and online shopping portal, before they fool more people.

Also their customer care number +91-[protected] is a fake. The phone disconnects as soon as option 1 or 2 is chosen to either speak to customer care or for complaints.

I had purchased samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light for rs. 748/- from bookmyoffer.com on opening the packet, i found that they had sent old, used and faulty power bank whereas i had ordered for a new one (They had not mentioned earlier that they are offering a second hand power bank). When i tried to contact the supplier they are not responding to my call and email. This particular online shopping site is a total fraud. I am shocked to read a same problem with power bank, this fraud did by bookmyoffer with a common public and i am one of them. Before this fruad i like to buy and i suggest other peoples to, any product on online basis but now i don't and i don't suggest peoples for not buying any product through online specially through bookmyoffer.
Obviously i take revenge to bookmyoffer because when we never react with this type of product they did next fraud with other common public. Online shopping is a reliable and on trust shopping, because we never konw that what is we geting in this box.
Like bookmyoffer online shopping site are playing with peoples trust .But i play with bookmyoffer remember it.
I like to close your this type fraud business.

As I order JBL T200A but insteed of that they have delivered JBLT280A. I have called customers care but they are not responding on this.

I ordered Samsung 16800mah powerbank and paid ₹848 when I opened the box I saw it was fully damaged and obstacle batteries are full of stain and only one battery is connected other four are sticked which are obstacle.. One time I was scared whether it is a powerbank or a Bomb.
I really disappointed and helpless kindly help me sir/ma'am.
I tried calling customer service as well as mailed them but no one is responding Moreover I asked courier party to provide contact details of book my offer but they denied me directly for assistance.
Now here as a Last resort I was expecting for the help.
