I ordered on power bank. They delivered defected item. So i tried to there customer care number but that number is dummy. It drops call in only 30-40 second without connecting customer care executive. I sent Email. They sent me reply that there customer care executive will contact me in 24-48 hour but its now 12 day. I sent them 3 more mail and registered one more complain but they are not responding me....

I hv ordered samsung power bank and paid full rs 848 against delivery. This is fake product and contains nothing and not working at all. I called several times and they are disconnecing automatically when we press for customer complaint number. Sent several emails also but till now no reply.

How can samsung allows these type delhi fake companies to use their brand to sell fake products. They have not even given their full address....
