I was going through my Facebook account and I saw advertisement from bookmyoffer.com in Facebook for 20100 mah of power bank for Rs550 .
Since this is an Facebook promoted advertisement I trusted the site bookmyoffer and orderead the item. Initially it was Rs550 and later all the formalities it was around Rs750.

After a week's time I received the item. I started using the power bank but unfortunately it was not working properly and its was an absolutely an faulty product. It gets charged for 1 hour after that all the led lights gets on. when try to charged my cell phone it charged for 1 minute and later gets off.

I called the customer care number to inform them and try to get it sought out the issue. The customer care lady was very casual and said after hearing my about the product.

Sir you had 3 days of time to return the product, since you have crossed 3 days we cannot help you.

I told her i will complaint to consumer forum and cyber crime that you are cheating people... she without any courtesy hung up the phone on my face saying ' you do whatever you want, go consumer forum anywhere we cannot help you''...

I request consumer forum to raid this company office and close down there online business and also please charge heavy fine to Facebook, since it was promoted by Facebook. This kind of many fraud cases have been by this company and cheated many people.

Please get my money back as soon as possible.

I have recived this product from Gojavas courier and i have paid cash too but after opening the box that you have packed and sealed i found the powerbank is of no use. You gave me second hand product . You kindly replace my product or.. refund my product by.. taking back the product on my given address while placing the order. Thank you.
I tried to speak with their customer care on the given number in the website but as many time i tried calling them they just diconnect the call .

Book my offer selling cheap quality and duplicate products.They sold me broken mobile power banks. I have tried calling them several times. They dont respond. I want my money back. They sell products by misguiding customers and sell cheap, duplicate or broken products. They claim they sell goods at cheaper rates but at the same time they charge heavily for shipment. They are simply fooling people. Such an organisation shouldn't exist.

I Order rayban sunglasses, power bank, and nike or addidas lower i get this pruduct but when i open i found all things are duplicate ang sunglasses are damage i call customer care they said to write mail. After this i send mail regaring this but no one reply me till today i send mail in 1 april 2016 the same day i get product. This the customer care NO +91-[protected] . I have purchased a power bank from Book my offer.com. On dated 22/03/2016 it was delivered and reference number was [protected] in a sealed. After opening the it was found that product is made of Samsung and having no document about the power bank. The product is faulty and it was used product. I have done complaint on mail and there portal, no body replying the same. after several follow no body is replying the same. Even the customer care number [protected] not replying the same. The value of the power bank was is Rs 748.

The product is fit to my face size, I have ordered the black one but it was delivered brown and secondly not large in size. So requesting you to please arrange to replace the same with BLACK in color and large size.

An online order has been placed by me on March 16, 2016 for purchase of Samsung power bank as per aid given by bookmyoffer.com over FaceBook. Company claimed 16800 MAH powerbank for Rs.748/-(including all shipping and COD charges). I opted Cod and received that packet on fourth week of march. When I opened packet, I found that it was an ordinary powerbank not of original samsung with lot of problems. It cannot charge even 20% of a 2000 MAH mobile phone.

Kindly do the needful.
