1. I have received the product which you delivered, but not the product which I requested for. Delivered product is not matching with the displayed product at least by 10%.

2. I have ordered for 1 Qty but U delivered 2 for which I paid Rs.1968/- . Also each Qty has different type of products in the package.

3. Your description says that you are delivering SONY Ear Headphone but u delivered local headphone.br...

My order no. [protected] dated 08 jan 17 16:09 and received on 18 jan 17 1730hrs. I received wrong product as i ordered for "samsung vr box smart glasses original just in 999 only". I attached the pics of received product. Please replace the product with original one or refund my money.
The received product totally different from i ordered one. The received vr box is low quality chinese product not a samsung rs.7, 999/- product....

I have booked a samsung 32gb and 64 gb memory card today i have received but it is a fake and chip is painted pl refund or give me a original memory card referance no [protected] amount 897.00 i opened it infront of delivery boy. My contact no. [protected]...

I purchased a power bank from book my offer worth rs 450. But it dosnt work and customer care does not respond.

When i checked it by disintegrating the outer plastic casing i found there are no rechargeable batteries in it. It has rubber placed instead of batteries.
I purchased it on 15th october, 2016

I have the original product in the delivery package that i received....

I purchased a combo product of samsung memory card 64gb, woodland wallet and jbl earphone on[protected]. I received defected memory card, and only box of jbl earphone without earphone, and woodland purse is not such original.

I try to call their customer center for return the product, but their is no response from their side.

I want to return the same.

Kindly help.

Sir maine august 2016 main samsung evo 128gb ka memory card order kiya tha jiski price 699 rupee thi or jiska order number h [protected], memory card ki 10 saal ki warranty hai, wo ab kaam nhi kr rhaa h plss ise replace kijiye as soon as possible

It's touch response is slow, first i noticed it when i was playing games. After touching any button it takes 1 to 2 seconds to function... I bought this mi note 4, 1 month ago...
