1. I have received the product which you delivered, but not the product which I requested for. Delivered product is not matching with the displayed product at least by 10%.

2. I have ordered for 1 Qty but U delivered 2 for which I paid Rs.1968/- . Also each Qty has different type of products in the package.

3. Your description says that you are delivering SONY Ear Headphone but u delivered local headphone.

4. The products have the MRP as 299/- and 499/- and the headphone has no MRP and you have mentioned that you are offering the headphone at Rs.70/- . So the total cost was to be 299+499+70 = 868/- for which I have paid Rs.1968/- and got cheated.

Since I have lost the trust in you, Kindly get back the products you delivered and pay me the entire amount of Rs.1968/- to the below account only and not as your points. I am not interested to buy any of your products.

I have received memory card- transcend 64gb..it was duplicate memory card .. it's not working in any equipment...if it was changing option or return my money ...so please let's any chance to refund my money... credit to my account..

My order no. [protected] dated 08 jan 17 16:09 and received on 18 jan 17 1730hrs. I received wrong product as i ordered for "samsung vr box smart glasses original just in 999 only". I attached the pics of received product. Please replace the product with original one or refund my money.
The received product totally different from i ordered one. The received vr box is low quality chinese product not a samsung rs.7, 999/- product.

I purchased a power bank from book my offer worth rs 450. But it dosnt work and customer care does not respond.

When i checked it by disintegrating the outer plastic casing i found there are no rechargeable batteries in it. It has rubber placed instead of batteries.
I purchased it on 15th october, 2016

I have the original product in the delivery package that i received.

Updated by ashishgusain How many numbers you are having for making fraud : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected] now i received lot more calls for the refund the amount in my account and all are asking for my ATM Card Number, ATM PIN, ATM CVV Number and Expiry.

Kindly confirm that if company wants to refund so why they wants my ATM Details ???

Please refund amount in cash or through transfer in my account.

Need urgent actoin regarding the same.
