      I received your product ( samsung Battery Peck 25000 Mah NC ) on 2nd of March through courier. under shiper name Saturday sunday Media Internet and I had paid Rs 548. as asked and billed by you.

      But I am very much upset that the product you send was in non working condition.

      I revert beck to you on the same day 2nd March through CC email. informing you about for the same. I also send followup mail on 3rd, 4th and 5th March but regret to note that i Haven't got any response from your end. I also tried to contact you on you CC mobile no [protected] on 5th and 6th of March but I could not get through.

      please replace your defective product with fresh working product.
      or else refund my money.

        Hello, i have ordered samsung class 10 32GB memory card in bookmyoffer.com on 05.03.2017 by cash on delivery.Then they delivered the product on 09.03.2017.When i opened the parcel. There is Samsung 64gb memory card which is not working.But the memory is faulty and not working. I called customer care and i have send the mail to the [protected]@bookmyoffer.com on 09.03.2017, but there is no response from bookmyoffer. So i need help to replace the product or refund the money.

          Hello sir yesterday I received my ordered product and the items was duplicate and not working. And customer care doesn't response . And my items are 128 GB Samsung Brand Memory Card, which is duplicate and does not work properly. Memory card shows no space because it is corrupted.
