I have received a wrong and defected product Pease take it back and give my money back . The prdouct is also not new it had been used by someone else before . So please take my product back

I ordered a Samsung Evo 64 GB Memory Card (Order No- [protected]) on 13.02.2017. I got the shipment on 21.02.2017 with a wrong item. The courier person from Dotzot came with a 16GB memory card instead of 64GB memory card. I did not receive the memory card and returned the same to the courier person. After that I tried several times to contact with Bookmyoffer through mail but everytime mail bounced.

A photo of the invoice along with the memory card, Booking details and Payment+ Purchase summery are attached herewith for your kind perusal.

I, therefore, request you to deliver the exact thing (Samsung Evo 64 GB Memory Card) as early as possible.

If the item is not available then please refund me.

I have ordered a 64gb samsung sd card and its not supporting and its a corrupted SD Card
So kindly return my order.

I Have Purchased a SAMSUNG EVO64gb SD CARD and it delivered on 19.03.2017 the product i have purchased was not supporting in any devices and it wasn't formatting too. I've bought Samsung 25000mAH powerbank. but instead i got a fake samsung 16800 mah power bank which stops chrging after 5 mintutes and cannot even completely charge a 4100mah phone. tried its costomer complain. no reply. tried mailing. no reply. have to go to consumer forum next.

Main a book my offer sa samsung 128gb order place kiya tha 14/03/2016 ma or order delivery ki time bataya 19/03/2017.

But jab unona 19th tarikh ko delivery time diyatha, jabki unona delivery kora order place 2 din ka bat. (With out no confirmation call) direct call kor ka boll ta hai apki order ready hai apka address ma.
Jab ma receive kor na giya apna order, to delivery boy (Aramex courier sa) boll ta hai jaldi ki jiya, paissa nikalo jaldi (Jab ki koi product dekh na nehi de ta hai)
Job ma order dekha hai puri taraf sa totali fraout hai. Na compani ki address tha na koi garrenti tha.
Memory card duplicate tha phone ma kam nehi kor raha hai.
Puri taraf sa customer or public ko bakub bana ka paissa lutna laga hai.
