I ordered a pair of shoes namely Men's SpringbladeShoes with mi20400mAh at Rs. 999, 8. Total cost with delivery charge Rs. 1149.
which the company informed that My Saturday Sunday Media Internet Pvt. Ltd order AWB:[protected], 1 item of Rs. 1149.00 is out for delivery via Xpressbees on 3rd of Feb.
to my surprise when i openened the packet instead of my ordered shoe some oter shoes were delivered.
i immediately infomed the company at [protected]@bookmyoffer.com.
which the replied sweetly saying the matter will be resolved soon. also they gave me their customercare no. [protected]. till today i have been trying this no. could not succed so far. i have sent many mails also but they never reply bak. thereafter made complaints with consumercomplains but till today i have recieve no response so far, kindly help and oblige.

I order for 64 gb samsung memory card but i receive 128 gb memory card. My mobile sporting 256 gb of memory that is way i insert the card in memory slot but i found that it is not working.

Phone no. They have provided is not connecting i am trying fro yesterday but no one is attending call, it is only wasting our time and money. I also mail to them but no replay fo them

I found one more thing that product information and make printed on outer pack is differ from printed on product

Sir i am requesting you to arrange to collect this faulty memory card and please refund my money

Its sound soo awkward and undigestable. and the product was a fake one there in no model or model code on the memory card and the samsung logo colour is faded now and its speed its just about 500 - 900kbps . its just like fake replica of the memory card .i m not satisfied with the product or with this site, i just want my money back or the original...

I ordered a micromax mobile from your online site on 02/02/2017. Order no.[protected] and paid rs.1348 through mobikwik. Whenever i check the status of this order it shows expected shipping date 07/02/2017. But today 22/02/2017 still i haven't got my product.
Hence please cancel my order and rerfund the money. Whenever i called the number [protected] will say wait for some time. But after 30second call will disonnected.

This is the worst company among all online shopping and it will change the opinion in the customer about online shopping - as fake goods, no response for customers calls, damaged goods or product replace-refund etc.

So please take this complaint as seriously and ban this website, otherwise they will cheat more more online shoppers.
