When i plugged i into my phone and start transfering data it was not stored by the storage device as at the time of transfering data it shows in storage but when i removed it and then plug into my phone it shows storage is empty. And when i want to lodge a complaint on book my offers website it shows invalid url. Kindly help me 2 return the bad product.
