No way the memory card is from samsung itself. It is fake and have samsung name printed on it. Original evo 128gb memory card from samsung is orange in color, while this fake one is completely black in color. Need refund or original samsung memory card from bookmyoffer.com saturday sunday media internet pvt ltd. Not sure how these people do false marketing to lure customers into trap and stay safe from law & jail.

I saw the ad of samsung powerbank on instagram it was written that samsung powerbank from bookmyoffer site at low price i ordered it and after i received the product after 3-4 days inopened the box and i found powerbank without the samsung original box it was just lying inside a normal delievery box low fake samsung powerbank of 20000 mah and low quality fake usb cabel i used to start the powerbank and guess what it was not even running i m totally disappointed from the product and that was really a horrible experience with online shopping pls help me i m scammed so badly...

I have ordered adidas men albis1.0 mesh shoes & samsung power bank vide order no. [protected] on dated 2/07/2016 but i have received the order on dated 12/07/2016 manually by paying rs. 1348.00 cash as no courier boy delivered order to my home. After opening the box following defects arises:

1. I ordered the shoes of size 9 but i got size 8 shoes in box & that too manually written.
2. There is no charger/lead of samsung battery bank in the box. When i charged the battery bank from my phone charger & then tried to charge my phone the power bank cant lasts for even 10 seconds.

I tried the telephone no given in website ie [protected] no one picked the phone. I tried everyday wef 02/07/2016 to till date ie 27/07/2016 but no one receiving the phone.

I write 05 no e-mails till now to their email id as mentioned in their website ie [protected]@bookmyoffer.com. Com but no response from company.

It is clearly looks from their behavior that the company is doing fraud business & cheating the customer. It is requested to take strict action against them & ban the company & their website.

An early action is highly appreciable.

I ordered a samsung memory card 64gb from bookmyoffer.com which i received on 24/07/2016. The order id is [protected].
Unfortunately the product was product was duplicate and that's why it was not working also. I put a mail on the company email id i. E. [protected]@bookmyoffer.com but only they replied only once, asking for images of the product. I even called on customer care no. I. E. [protected] but it never connects to actual customer care executive. I want refund of my complete amount which i paid for it i. E. Rs.600 (Including cod charges and shipping charges)
