I have ordered a nike shoe from www.bookmyoffer.com an online shopping website but instead of nike i got a fake product with wear and tear. as per the website return policy i have raised a ticket to return the shoe on 17th of july ie., same date of delivery, they are refusing to refund the amount more over not even giving proper reason to reject refund.

I asked them many times to refund money by showing image of product which i received and product they mentioned in description image.

After several mails final they respond me after 3 days, they never answered my calls. calls will be automatically terminate after few min of ivrs voice.

I told them am going to file a complaint in consumer court, now for that particular product they changed whole description details and erased the nike logo from shoe.

Www.bookmyoffer.com is doing online fraud by showing good brand's product images with the brand name but when you order one from that you will receive fake product from there online shopping site.

Kindly take necessary action and help me to get my money back.

I tried calling on the call centre number but no body responded to the calls. I called up again and a lady picked up the but her reponse was not in proper manner. She was not ready to talk to me also. After taking the order number suddenly checked in and system and did not repsond properly and told me if you have a sent a mail the back end team will reply back to you. I have ordered for spring blade shoes and samsung power bank 20800mah but the shoes delivered is of puma company not adidas and looks duplicate and also quality of shoes is very poor. Now i don't want to retain the shoes and want to return the shoes. It seems company has made me fool. I have ordered samsung 25000mah power bank just rs 399 vide order no.[protected] order date: 07.06.2016 09:51 from portal www.bookmyoffer.com including shipping charges of rs 149 and cod rs 50/-

Ubsequently i received this order on dated 15/6/2016 by dtdc services.

But it is very sorry to inform that the shipped order is not same as the placed order.

I have ordered buy branded samsung 25000mah power bank, but they shipped samsung battery pack 20800 mah. a below standard (low quality/ duplicate), which neither include any samsung company booklet nor any original references of the product.

Upon this i made complaint over mail several times but no response has been made

So, kindly make it convenient to either replace it with actual ordered (original ones) or make necessary refunds at earliest please.
