From bks store help desk +91-[protected].
I want to return it instantly.
I have emailed to company at [protected]@gojavas.com but no response from
Company. i call at consumer care at [protected]. but they told we can't return.
Call another place to return but company han no such link in website.
I also call at [protected] but my phone balance get cut and call nit pick up by any one. please help me. this company send local product to all as i have seen many complaints against bookmyoffer.com
Thus company appears to be fraud. plzz go to court against it. there is no way to contact company. this company deliver products without bills so it is completely fraud. kindly help me.

As per website bookmyoffer.com i ordered for 64 gb Samsung evo memory card basic cost of rs 399 + 150 rs shipping +50 rs cash on delivery charges on dated 20 july 2016.
Today on dated 23 july 2016 i received a courier from gojavas and gave him 598 rs against courier.
After getting courier i opened it and i inserted the memory card into phone but it was not working.i really feeling very bad experience. I think your website is not a genuine website and you are making fraud with your consumers.i am not aware from which seller you purchase this fake memory card and courier to me.i ordered my order from website book my offer.
I requested you to take back my order/courier and refund my money of rs 598
