    I ordered a memory card (samsung evo 64gb memory card) reference number โ€“ [protected] from your website. unfortunately itโ€™s an faulty product & not working. i have verified the card on my mobile and also on card reader.
    On closer inspection i have verified the card sent to me is faulty and duplicate.
    I have verified that there is no serial no. on the sd card (pics attached).
    I am surprised to see this kind of service from your side.
    It was my first purchase and i had a very horrible experience.
    Please arrange to replace / refund my amount at the earliest.
    I tried your customer helpline no. several times but itโ€™s not working.

                    You have given the image of some other product but I have received something else. I know you have mentioned that image is for reference only. but this is a completely different product. The shoes are in very poor condition.you have also mentioned that you apologize for the inconvenience caused. You also know that what you are doing is inconvenient for others.

                              In turn i got a cheap wallet, they sell on roadside shops and counterfiet power bank thats already damaged
