Jo order maine place kiya tha vo order ush se bikul alag hai. Nakli or copy hai. Ye log customers ko pagal bnaa rahe h. Sab nakli saman bhejte hai. Maine shoes order kiye the www.bookmyoffer.com se ek addidas or ek nike ka.. Vo log in ccompany's k fake copy bna kar customer ko bhejte hai.. Or paise lete h.. Discount ka jhasa de kar paise lout te hai. Kirpaya in pr koi action liya jaye or jin logo k sath dhokha hua h unke paise dilwaye jaye.

I have made an order for samsung power bank 16800mah on 25th june 2016 and it was delivered on 14th july 2016, but i received 20800 mah power bank which is of very very bad quality. i had charge it for 24 hrs and that do not last for even 5 mins. so i wanted to return it back.
I would be thankful to you if you could allow me to return it back or give me an information about a place to return.

I ordered a powerbank from this company which were old and duplicate. I returned them by courier service. But not recieved fresh new one. Mode of payment was cod. I want to lodged a 420 ipc case against bookmyoffer.com promoters for duping me.

The product which i have received from bookmyoffer is entirely different from the product which shown on your website for order no. - [protected]

Also your customer care number doesn't work which you have displayed on your website (

Please take some legal action them, they just play with emotions of customer.
They have taken 1150 rupees which can feed me 7-8 days.

I ordered samsung 20800 mah power bank from this website on 01-june and received this product after 4-5 days. i paid 650/- for this product. but the product was damaged and not working. same day i called them and complained regarding this issue, they said me to send mail with pics of product. i sent them mail same day and chased them for long time but no response. i marked them 6-7 mail but no revert from them.
Now no one is answering the calls also, this is totally a fraud service. kindly help me for this case.

This is regarding order no - [protected] booked through bookmyoffer.com. I had ordered a power bank 'samsung/mi 25000 mah 'and paid as sum of rs498/- and i got a samsung brand. But the product i got is a defective one. Charging is not happening. Regarding this issue i had already raised a ticket in 'bookmyoffer.com' but no replies yet. I also tried to contact the customer care number ' +91-[protected] ', but call not getting connected all the times.
Please treat this on high priority and do the needful asap.

I have received the power bank. But it is not original Samsung. it is fake one. There is no manual or serial number mentioned on it nor any warranty card etc available.

Also piece is defective one...It is not functioning properly.

Can you please advice how to get Original Samsung power bank.

I have placed an order of Nike shoe which was for the value of 1150rs but when I have received the product was not the real product has shown in the website which the shoe not worth for 200rs in fact these website is using brand company product name for cheap quality of products which they are attracting people and cheating the customers lease take immediate action against these frauds

I had ordered a samsung 25000 mah powerbank and i got samsung 20800mah which is not of worth. And the main problem is the given power bank is not working. It charge mobile for 15 minutes only and then it stopped. It takes about 3 hours to charge completely but is not charging the mobile. Please replace the product or refund the money rs. 550/-. If necessary action is not taken by your company then i will take legal action against company.

I had ordered a mi 20800 mah powerbank and i got samsung 20800mah which is not of worth. And the main problem is the given power bank is not working. I had already complainted 10/6/16. And customer service executive made a call and agreed to refund within 20days. But it is not yet refunded.
I will wait for some days and after that i will legally interfere in this. So
As a online shopping site it will definitely affect your future.
So refund it soon
