I buy a reebok bag for offer just 5rs but i received my original product i see product quality is vry bad ans company take priz 254rs why now callings given number but not answer me so plz solve problem now i want my refund money within 7-10 day i have proof attached two photos with order id

Redimi power bank 20800 mah
And that too damaged and defected, it is used and does not work.
I ringed up on the help desk 2 weeks back and the said they would provide me with the correct product in proper condition within 24 hours
Where as i have still not received any message or notification or call, neither are the picking up my call,
It has been 2 weeks already.

I ordered samsung evo microsdhc 64 gb class 10 memory but i received samsung power bank 25000 mah. I tried many times to contact customer care no [protected] but after few minutes its automatically disconnected.
They cheat the people and not responding properly. I strongly recommend that please don't buy anything from bookmyoffer. If they are genuine and will be responded and they will solve the problem very quickly.

I have ordered for a reebok watch. however after receiving when i check the watch is not of branded reebok watch. it is fake watch. when i have tried to contact the customer care [protected] there is no response. there is no customer service representative to pick the call and respond please take the reebok watch back and request you get my money 254/- refunded. the website is just luring the customer with low cost and showing branded item pictures. but the real time product is fake.

I have ordered a samsung powerbank of 25000 mah but i received a powerbank of 20800 mah i have tried the customer care no. alot of times but it rearly gets connected. i have even mailed my complain on ther email id but no response soo far. onece the phone got picked up and the person said to email the wrong product pics and they'll exchange it within 1 week. now it has been more than 1 week but no such echange or any info about the exchange i have received

I bought one samsung power bank 25000mh from bookmyoffer order no is [protected] as on[protected] but this product is fake it doesn't work and its 20500mh power bank.. It charge mobile for 5 minute only and then it stopped.. When i open it i saw there is only one battery 🔋 other metal road road with black color which is not connected to any wire.. I complaint then through email within 2days from byuing date but they didn't reply and don't pic calls
