Reference number:[protected]. But they sent fake power bank. I emailed my complaint and they asked me to send images of the product. Immediately i sent imeges and detailes. After that evey day i am remainding them to send the original product and calling their customer care so many times, but till now i did not get any answer from them. I request you to see the amount which i purchased be returned. Kindly ban this type of fraud online shopping sites

I purchased battery bank from book my offer. And it is completed dead. Not charging my mobile.
I send replacement request email to customer care. Even i am trying to call their customer care number. But nobody is picking phone. And customer support web page is also not opening.
Overall i think this is fake website which is selling duplicate, faulty products. And this site should be banned immediately.

I have bought power bank under reference number [protected].
When i recieved it and opened the package the led was on. i thought it is due to pressure over it. but when i placed it to charging for about 8-10 hours its backup is still 0 and it is defective
Above all they are stamping the products with duplicate samsung mark and selling it.

I had tried company customer number but no one had picked it and after 3rd day my call was picked finally, I talked company customer executive he told me to return the products and gave me an address through email. so I had returned the products to the given address through BLUEDART on[protected]. I have paid Rs. 1498 on cosh on delivery for the products and Rs. 310 for returning the products through courrier service but still my products have neither been replaced nor company is giving me any response. Now I want to refund my money and don't want the same products.

Received local faulty powerbank.
Local headphone in the name of sony. which are not working and are damaged.
