I have booked a samsung power bank 20400 mah, order no: [protected] and received on[protected]Remainder-2)
After payment of cod amount of rs. 648, i have opened product box for checking and shows that it is damaged, putting it the charge not charging of power bank and also i have tries it several time but result is zero.
Several time i have tried to contact your customer care no +91-[protected] but could not get them.
All i can say is that this is my worst online shopping experience.
Kindly take the proper action against my compliance.

After payment of cod amount of rs. 648, i have opened product box for checking and shows that it is damaged, putting it the charge not charging of power bank and also my mobile phone.
I have charged same power bank for 4 hours. While connecting my phone with power bank for charging my phone it has been found that power bank is not working. I have tries it several time but result is zero.
Several time i have tried to contact your customer care no +91-[protected] but could not get them. All i can say is that this is my worst online shopping experience.
Kindly take the proper action against my compliance.

The power bank which you have sent is not working properly.. only certain time it ll charge .power bank which u have sent Is not of good quality I m feeling that is Dublicate product plz don't cheat consumers like this take request of return and pay my money back I don't want ur product
