My self Vani Saxena i ordered samsung power bank of 20800mah and i got it of 16000mah only and secondly that is not working and the very main thing is that it is local samsung powerbank its not orignal one.

I bought a samsung power bank 20000mah and received the same on 04 Jun 16. Company had sent me the dummy item power bank. Product is not charging and i open there is no battery inside. Product is not the same which had been irdered3 by me. i paide Rs.580. and i called customer service center the call is not connecting. and i send lots of mail. still i am not received any update from them....

I had ordered Samsung 25000 mah powerbank in which Sony headphone was also included. My order number was [protected] At the time of delivery I have only received powerbank and there was no headphones..and powerbank too not working properly. Its battery used to get diminished after 10 minutes...I am feeling deceived by the company...please try to figure out my problem as soon as possible...

I bought an item samsung 20400mah power bank which is delivered by 05/06/2016 and ordered placed by 01/06/2016. This is my order number [protected]. Its cost is 499rs. By cash on delivery, delivery charges is 100rs. And cod charges is 50rs. So the total cost of the item is 649rs. The delivered item is defective, there are some issues on the product.
- as it is 20400mah power bank, it does not run an half an hour even not 15min....

I bought a Samsung power bank and i received it on 97/06/2016
Thr product is not working at all..
It is a fake one
It shows fully charged in just 10 minutes and it wont charge any mobile at all..
It doesn't even recognise my phone..
It is totally fakr one..
Pleaae replace or refund the product
Otherwise i will have to take legal action...

After payment of cod amount of rs. 648, i have opened product box for checking and shows that it is damaged, putting it the charge not charging of power bank and also i have tries it several time but result is zero.

I ordered mi 10400mah power bank from bookmyoffer.com but they delivered fake product. The consumer complaint number they have given is also not responding. Im going to share this on media and social networking.. When i keep power bank for charging it gets chatged quickly within 10 mins... And being its of 20800mah it chrges my 2000mah cell battery just by 1 %.. So its 100% fake product....

I order a samsung 16800 mah power bank, i got 20800 mah product. Which was a duplicate product. I dose not working properly and not able to charge more than 1 min. So i sent an email to them but they did not response anything. I tried to call them once more no response. They cheat with consumers very bad shopping site. This types sites need to be banned permanently. They just cheat with consumers. And they play with our hard earned money....
