I booked samsung power bank 16800 mah of rs. 399 and they added delivery charges rs.149 + cod charges rs.50 and delivered to me with total amount rs.598/-.

Delivered product is duplicate not looking like samsung and usable product is given to me. I tried to contact customer of book my offer no one is picking the call, very bad online company.

Making fraud with customer by delivering faulty, duplicate & usable product. I sent the email 2 times but no response yet.

I want my money back.

      I had ordered a samsung 16800 mah power bank but i received samsung 20800 mah power bank. I received 06-june -2016
      This power bank battery back-up is 1800 mah.
      Customer care does not help, they say that we have to email them and they will revert in 5 to 7 days and no refund. This is ridiculous.

        I got my product by bookmyoffer and it is totally defected and wrost product. It is not workable. But i don't want this wrost product and want to be return and return my valuable amount. I have mailled to company but not received any revert from last 2-3 days.
        I purchased first time from this site and its very poor experience with product and also product quality.

          . My complain in regards to the my bookmyoffer order - awb# 96674463.
          After receiving i charged it fully and connect to mobile to use it. But whenever i switched on the power bank and connect to mobile it will stop working (Charging) after 1 minute.

          So please reply and suggest what to do at earliest.

                I ordered a samsung power bank 16800 on bookmyoffer.com. 3-4 days later i received my parcel and when i opened it... Shocking.. They sent me a used, duplicate mi power bank which has lots of scratch on it. I immidietely filed a complain, but its been more than 10 days, no reply from their side.

                  I had ordered ray ban aviator in around 2nd week of may 2016 but they had delivered earphone and pair of socks.
                  Delivered box is having correct order sticker but the contain is different.
                  After this i lodge the complaint no.119349
                  He promised me to delivered right order in next week.
                  Its almost 3 weeks now but still i am waiting for that. And now i am trying to call on customer care number but not able to connect.

                          I did order for a Samsung 16800 mah powebank from book my offer.com for Rupees 548 as a special offer. I got the product on 7/06/2016 but it is duplicate and not working.
                          It is written 20800 mah on front but the correct power is tampered with a black permanent marker. I did contact the customer service and they gave an email address. I did register my complaint but no reply came. Kindly do the needful.

                            I ordered 20000mah samsung powerbank
                            from bookmyoffer and I got the product that has no instruction book . When i try to connect the phone after charging, it got discharged in 2 mins. I called up customer care but could not get hold of them as it get disconnected everytime. Raise a written complaint on their site but no response. Looks like they are fraud people and just collecting money by selling fake products. Please take strict action against these companies. These type of companies representative should be behind bars.

                                I am calling on customer care number, after compturized talking and transfer to the customer executive but they do not pick the phone and cut it.

                                It shows toll free number but it is chargable.

                                    which is a fake product which is not charging phone at all.
                                    The product was also a used one and not a new one.
                                    That product doesn't even recognise my device.
                                    I had booked my product on 01/062016 and it is delivered me on 07th june 2016.
                                    I want to refund back my amount as i paid 649/- as charges..
