I had ordered samsung power bank 16800mah and i have received mi 20800mah. Customer care no. gives no reply. Immediate replacement of my product. Called up the delivery guy he said i don't know anything about this our job is to deliver. No option on website also for the wrong product delivery. Get it replaced with immediate effect or refund my money..

Dear sir,
I had placed an order for samsung power bank. Product id:[protected]. The order was delivered on 29.05.16. The product received is damaged one, looks like a used product has been sent. The product didn't have any proper packing and without any bill or warranty card. The product is not taking any charge neither is providing any back up.
I expected a bit of more ethics and truth in the products that u are sending. I would like get a refund against the product.
It will be nice o[censored] if the same is done asap.

This mail i had sent to bookmyoffer on 30th may 2016. Nxt i complained at the company's website on 2nd june 2016. I did'nt any response in this regard. Complain id:rdb-87d-lrpx

. I had call many times but customer care executives does not pick the calls. I have even sent e-mail regarding this fraud. Then also no response from their side. Kindly help me. I want money back. Its not samsung product also its totally fraud product. Bookmy offer.com is fraud site to grab peoples money... Samsung company should also file case against bookmyoffer.

And both of power bank is not work

Yesterday I receive this product today I checked to charged my mobile bt it's nt working...its totally defactive pic...so plz help me... give back this product and refund my money back. ...Thanks and I believe to solve this problem early. .. This regarding my order no.[protected] for mi/samsung power bank 20400mah just rs 599 only. I got this product today against cod rs.750/-

This product was not the same which i booked and the company pasted a copy of my order on the delivery box.

I have make a video of this product during box opening time. When i opened this box, i found that the product was not the same which i booked on website.

Product was a power bank of 20000 mah capacity as mentioned also on the product. But i tested its power thrice it is not providing output of 20400 mah. It means company made a fraud with me and supplied a duplicate product.

Please take an appropriate action at the earliest or guide me what should i do for this.

I have ordered samsung power bank 16800 mah. But after delivery inside the packing item/ product was another or it is not working properly.
My ref no is [protected].
So due to this, i want my to return or change my product.
I have tryed to contact to customer care but call disconnect automatically.
The product what was shown at website add in reality it is not like that.
Company fraud me.

Inspite of several complains we have not received any call or guidance from the company for the return of duplicate shoes. we have sent them more than 10 15 times. no one picks up the call. once they picked up our call and as soon as they came to know that they have delivered a duplicate shoes they cut the call immediately and since then we havnt received any help from them. i request you to help us getting the refund along with the compensation. since the date of delivery we have been following up for the return its been more than 15 days now.

This is the last mail from me for return and cash back for the duplicate shoes send by you worth Rs. 2300. Inspite of several mails, complains and calls nobody bothers to revert. And now i have approached my lawyer who will take strict legal action against you and your company "SATURDAY SUNDAY MEDIA INTERNET PVT. LTD" and a complain letter to ROC-Delhi shall also be sent by me so that even they will check your MOA and AOA for your object of the business, have you mentioned in your object that you will be selling fake brands or duplicate brands. Along with ROC a written complain will also be sent to ADDIDAS so that even they can track your business of duplicate shoes in their name and a strict action will be taken by them too. You shall soon receive a call from the nigdi police station for a fraud case as I shall register my complain in the nigdi police station too.

Hi... I ordered a samsung power bank 16800 mah from these bloody bastered fake jamadaar utte kamine people. My order number is : [protected] received on 1.06.2016. Upon opening the box i received a used and full of scratches samsung power bank. I charged it to its full strength and found that it did not work for even 5 minutes. It was a total fraud. Please some one complained about these rascals. They have cheated rs. 548/- from me.

I ordered samsung power bank of 20800mah and the product get delivered. But that is of 16000 mah.
And secondly when i tried to charge my phone its not working.
There is no bill nothing
It seems like they people bring there products from chor bazaar and after that selling it here. At any cost i need my money back.

I am muzammil ansari, i have ordered the samsung power bank 20400mah from bookmyoffer, find the below details for your reference.

But, when i received my parcel, the parcel contains the mi power bank in it.

Also i have tried customer care number 3-4 times but no one received my call and for each call i have charged the call rates.

Also, the mi power bank is the fake one, mi does not have any 20800 mah varient. And it's not able to charge even 15% battery of my phone.

Kindly look into this and do the needful
