I order samsung power bank 20400mah, first of all the product which I got is not valuable & it's not original Samsung pruduct & the product is not working properly, I need the replacement of that product or otherwise I have to submit a report about this. This product is not working for last 5 minutes it's ridiculous.I am fed up with this kind of things.

Hi i purchased adidas track and short combo for 899 which after including delivery charges was 1048rs. I ordered L size but i received M size which seems to be very small. Please refund my money or atleast ask them foe exchange with XL size track pant. The customer care number is ringing but no response from them. Samsung power bank received against order [protected] from bookmyoffer.com is unserviceable and used . I paid for this cash Rs 598/- I am a frequent byers through on line but first time I am cheated. The battery of power bank is totally exhausted and not charging mobile. I have sent them email but no reply received from them till date . I have also rang up in their phone but did not pick up. It seems this is a fake company and cheating public- Request help me in getting my money back. Please also suggest me if they are not refunding my money should I lodge a complaint against them in police for cheating innocent t people.

Recently i had ordered samsung 16800 mah power bank and before it was delivered to me i had cancelled my order but the product was delivered to me amd when i tried to return the product it was showing order cancelled so i had registered a complaint in bookmyoffere customer complaint within 7 days but from them there is no reply and i am trying to contact customer care service centre but they are not replying so please try to solve my problem as fast as possible please help me!!!
also the power bank was not of 16800 mah and is not of samsung brand the product was duplicate.

I have got faulty and damaged product purchased from your website. I have already informed and sent a mail to your team and raised a request to process my refund. But from last two days i didn't get any reply or confirmation. Please provide me the status regarding my refund by end of the day otherwise i will raise a complaint in consumer court as well as cuber crime and fraud management against you.

I bought a samsung power bank 16800mah and received the same on 06 Jun 16. Company had sent me the older and used power bank. Product is used and looked to be and older one. Product is not the same which had been irdered3 by me. Power bank is wrost and scratch on it.
None of input and output ports are working and data cable with it is very wrost and broken. I want to return the item . Please look into the matter.

It seems only 2 minutes charging and battery shows as empty. Can i replace the same? It was packed by the company on 30/05/2016. I had purchase online power bank of mi-brand (Xiamomi) of rating 20400mah, instead they have send me faluty samsung power bank which is duplicate make and along with that they have send me charging cable of mi make, now this power bank is completely useless as this dont have any charging source in it, the system is completely bypass as the usb output get charge only when power is on, else no backup. On /off switch is not functioning. I had call consumer care of the site, call ring and turn off directly without any response.

Its not samsung product also its totally fraud product. Bookmy offer.com is fraud site to grab peoples money... Samsung company should also file case against bookmyoffer.
