I ordered a Samsung power bank om 20th may through book myoffer with
reference no. [protected]
But I received a MI power bank instead of Samsung on 25th of may.
I complained on book myoffer customer care. Mr. Abhishek told me to send wrong product picture on a id- [protected]@bookmyoffer.com . I do all formalities but still no response from Book myoffer.
Pls solve my problem.

The phone looks like very old n damaged also the charger doesn't fit in to the phone... Any of the charger s also not fit.. The packing is very bad... 2. No box and gurantee card.
3. No receipt.
4. All scratched up.

Not working no charging and duplicate product
It is not working properly. I changerd the power bank full. Then i connected it with my 2400 mah phone . But ididn't got even 30% charge in my phone and the power bank battery become dead.

Such a cheap and fraud company sending duplicate products. I had ordered the product thinking it is genuine and branded but it turned out to be a duplicate product. Feeling bad for providing service to such a bloody cheapster company. I advice no one to buy even a product worth Re. 1 from this site. The day when i come across the top level manager, ill make sure i take my sandals off and hit him hard right there no matter even if he a senior citizen. How can you even run a fraud company?

Mrs kamini from bookmyoffer called me at in [protected] through her mobile number - [protected]. She asked me all the information about my product which i have received. Then she asked about bank info. I gave my father's bank info. Asked the mobile no. Too. Then she asked for the otp sent in that number. After that rs. 2000 was debited from my account and when i tried to call back the number it said the number doesn't exist. I want both my money to be credited back to my account and my product to be refunded.
