I bought a mi 20000 mah power bank in bookmyoffer.com.. I received the product but product was not original and it's not working also.. Within 10 mins power bank goes down... Please give the solution for me

I have ordered mi 20400mh powerbank but this powerbank is not even onetime charging my mi phone ie., 3100mh... My money is weasted due to this worst website. If i am calling customer care no one taking care and answering.i would like someone to take action on it please help me.. I think this message will others to make sure before ordering any product in this website....

I had booked a Samsung Power Bank 16800mah from bookmyoffer.com vide order number [protected] but the delivered product is defective and old. I have tried to contact customer care but nobody is responding. Request you to please take an appropriate action against them and help me in refunding or replacing the product.

I have ordered samsung power bank 16800 mah order number - [protected] worth rs.548/ from saturday sunday media internet pvt ltd, that is www.bookmyoffer.com. The prodcut was delivered to me on 09 june 2016 and i found the product was damanged. I tried calling on the call centre number but no body responded to the calls. I had ordered a samsung power bank 16800 mah vide order reference no.[protected]. Product received on 6.6.16. But i found that product is not working properly. I fully charged it and even after fully charge it is not able to charge my phone at least 15 minutes
It got discharge very very soon in less then 15 minutes. So i want to return this product and refund the exact amount.
