I bought a mi 20000 mah power bank in bookmyoffer.com.. I received the product but product was not original and it's not working also.. Within 10 mins power bank goes down... Please give the solution for me

I was ordered samsung power bank 20400mah. When i recieved courier and opened the box even it doesn't work and unable to charge 3%. My order no.[protected] isplz take it back as quick as possible. I m trying to call c. Care 100 time but no response. I am requesting you to pay my money back other wise i will taken a ligal action aganist you

I have ordered mi 20400mh powerbank but this powerbank is not even onetime charging my mi phone ie., 3100mh... My money is weasted due to this worst website. If i am calling customer care no one taking care and answering.i would like someone to take action on it please help me.. I think this message will others to make sure before ordering any product in this website.

I have ordered samsung power bank 16800 mah order number - [protected] worth rs.548/ from saturday sunday media internet pvt ltd, that is www.bookmyoffer.com. The prodcut was delivered to me on 09 june 2016 and i found the product was damanged. I tried calling on the call centre number but no body responded to the calls. I sent mail to their email id same day - [protected]@bookmyoffer.com. After that i called up again and a lady picked up the but her reponse was not in proper manner. She was not ready to talk to me also. After taking the order number suddenly checked in and system and did not repsond properly and told me if you have a sent a mail the back end team will reply back to you. The company is doing fraudlent to the customer, better take action immediately on this company

I had ordered a samsung power bank 16800 mah vide order reference no.[protected]. Product received on 6.6.16. But i found that product is not working properly. I fully charged it and even after fully charge it is not able to charge my phone at least 15 minutes
It got discharge very very soon in less then 15 minutes. So i want to return this product and refund the exact amount.

I have ordered samsung 16800mah power bank from book my offer.my reference number is [protected].

I booked samsung power bank 16800 mah of rs. 399 and they added delivery charges rs.149 + cod charges rs.50 and delivered to me with total amount rs.598/-.

Delivered product is duplicate not looking like samsung and usable and screched product is given to me.
I fully charged it and even after fully charge it is not able to charge my phone at least 15 minut. It got discharge very very soon. In less than 15 minut.

I tried to contact customer of book my offer no one is picking the call, very bad online company.

Making fraud with customer by delivering faulty, duplicate & usable product.

I had purchase ONLINE Power Bank of Samsung of rating 20800mAH, instead they have send me Faluty SAMSUNG Power Bank which is Duplicate make and along with that they have send me charging cable of MI Make, now this power bank is completely useless as this dont have any charging source in it, the system is completely bypass as the usb output get charge only when power is ON, else no BACKUP. ON /OFF Switch is not functioning .I had Call Consumer care of the site, call ring and turn off directly without any response.

Dear team as name suggest you are here to take carre of Customers issues and to protect us against Fraud people like Bookmyoffer.com.
I had place two power banks of Mi 20400 mah and 10200mah. Both of them are not working. One of them has a broken pin also.
When i called them at their customer support no.after lot of trying the call went through and a lady received the no. and she said that she taken down my complain and someone will revert within 48hrs.

Till now no one has reverted or commented on email and i have lost all hope from them...Please take some strict legal action so that they can stop cheating with customers and help me and others get their money back.

I have called but no one pickup the phone, i have also registered a complaint but in vein no one actually looked.

I have ordered MI Power bank with reference to Order number: [protected] and Date of order : 31/ May/2016. it was delivered on 07/jun/2016.
when i started using it, i found that it is not working and also it was delivered with wrapped by plastic cover and the primary pack was found to be removed. i immediately made a call to their customer care number provided in the box which i received. the call getting disconnected after few seconds.

I need either a replacement or refund of my money. hereby attaching the pictures related to the product

The power bank i recieved is duplicate. I ordered for a 20800 mah and now i see that it is a duplicate one, not working and rather most a useless one. The online app book my offer please see that the customers are satisfied with the products u show and the offer for it. Never sale fake and duplicate items. It was my first time buying online from bookmyoffer and this is what i get. Please do sell good and warrantied products and not fake and duplicate.
