I brought power Bank in online they said that product is of Sony 20800 mah but it's only 1000 and not of Sony company and they also said a headphone they will give but it's also not Sony company it's ordinary I paid full 1049 rupees please help me from these frauds. The company tried to hide it's real mah with black paint. I want my money back please.

    I have ordered Samsung power bank the capacity of 25000 mah, and I got the power bank on June 12 and happy I got it one day before the actual delivery date. When I opened the package really i felt bad because instead of 25000mah I got Samsung 20800mAh power bank and input charging pin is also not in good condition and what I saw in online is totally different when I see the the product directly.. Pls revert to the same

        I have ordered Mi 20400 mah power bank, but i have received samsung 20400 mah power bank that to total in damage condition.
        I booked mi power bank20400 mah of rs. 399 and they added delivery charges rs.149 + cod charges rs.50 and delivered to me with total amount rs.598


        I received the product but product was not original and it's not working also.. Within 10 mins power bank goes down...
        When i recieved courier and opened the box even it doesn't work and unable to charge 3%. My order no. [protected]is plz take it back as quick as possible. I m trying to call c. Care but no response. I am requesting you to pay my money back other wise i will taken a legal action aganist you

            I am really upset upon receiving the product. It was used and lot of scratches on the power back.

            On top the sides of the power back are kind of loose and also the cable provided is of very low quality.

            I[censored] cant sell the correct product that why you want to advertised.

            The phone number provided says switched off.

            Not acceptable. Either refund and take ur product or replace with a new one.

I paid 550rs for this powerbank i bought from the bookmyoffer.com and it's not working at all. Clearly a fake product i got. That too without an invoice i got it. Product id was [protected].
                            Please help me. Why these sites are allowed to do such froads and no one to mind it. No customer support or nothing. Somebody please respond. What shall i do...?

                                      i give a order on 03/06/2016 for Samsung power bank 16800mah.
                                      My order number is - [protected]. And cost is Rs-598/- .
                                      I received my product on 09/06/2016 . When i open my parsal then power bank is in dead and old condition . It is not in working condition .Then i call customer care approx 30 time it say please hold the line and after 30 second call disconnect automatically.

                                      After this i mail on support.Bookmyoffer.Com but till now i have not received any response on this matter by company.

                                      Sir i want to refund my hard earn money.

                                      Sir i requested to you that please take action on this site and solve my problem as soon as possible. Please see attach file for power bank snape, order confirmation mail, and dispatch slip copy .

                                        1) order id [protected] from bookmyoffer.com the product we have received was not working the out put from the power bank is nill. Evem we are not able to charge the power bank which is the basic performance of power bank. Dont buy from bookmyoffer.com...
                                        2) we contacted the customer care no [protected].. Able to connect to the phone but while its time to connect to the customer care representative call has being disconnected.
                                        I have examined nearly 20 times... But no use
                                        3) we have tried to the connect to customer care through website from bookmyoffer.com but still in website also it is going out of the site..
