I received the delivery on 9th of May, 2016 of the power bank and when i opened it, it was slightly open but due to my exams i went to my room and started preparing for exams.
When I tried using it, it was not working, i opened it to see what is the problem and I saw that the wiring is unproper and defective, it is slightly broken and duplicate product.

I tried its complaint helpline number [protected] many times to register my complaint but the call being disconnected all the time.

It seems company is fraud and befooling the innocent people. When submitted it after 4 or 5 minutes a call received me contact no. is[protected] call me two times and give conformation me that your amount will be coming soon in your account and ask for ATM No. and after this I received a massage from bank for 350 rs dedication. I can't understand what happened with me. Please resolve my problems. I lost my one thousand rupees for Samsung power bank . Please refund my amount .

Ordered a samsung power bank 16800mah with led on 14th may 2016 and recieved the same on 27th may. . But as soon as I open the box and tried to switch on the powerbank and tried to charge my phone but it does not gets charge . . I charged the power bank too thinking it is not charge but nothing happens only the led works that too when it is plugged in for charging else it does not even gets switched on. . Really very sad with this product.
