Adidas/reebok shoe order and get duplicate puma shoes 12.5.2016

I gave a order adidas/reebok shoe but i receive damage and duplicate nike shoes. Order no:-[protected] order date 09.05.2016. Please take return your shoe and refund my amount/product. Mob.[protected] and ur custemer. Care no does not conect my call to ur custemer care

I would like to inform you that i purchased a samsung power bank from book my offer, but they delivered the dead product, when i complaint him, they replace the product but new product is also not working, so i ask him to refund money but they not response. I have also discussed my problem to his ceo mr jay prakashprakash ([protected]) but he has not respond properly.
So please take action against this site (Book my offer) and arrange my refund.

Dear concerned person,

On 3rd may 2016, i ordered an mi power bank of 20800 mah capacity over the internet bookmyoffer.com website (Order confirmation number: [protected]). On 19th may, i received this product and this product didn't come with any user manual or other goods those normally comes with mi product.

From the day one, i got power back up an issue on this power bank. This device is hardly capable of backup charging for 30 minutes. Today i visited service center (Mi exclusive service center infinity benchmark building, ground floor, shop no. 1, sector 5, salt lake city kolkata 700091), they informed me this product is not the original mi power bank. The product i got from this website it is not original mi product.

I called several times at bookmyoffer company's customer care number at +91-[protected]. But no one was there to receive the call. I placed a request to replace or complete refund of this product. But didn't get any response.

Please suggest what to be next step in order to get my money refund back.

When i call custmer care number, they dint attend my phone calls also it difective product we cant use the product. So kindly replace the product with cash it just fully fake product. I have ordered Adidas shoes from Book my offer with order number [protected] on dated 13 May-16. I have received the pair of shoes on 20-may-16, After receiving I found that they have delivered duplicate shoes using Adidas logo. After that I have raised complaint with Book my offer on same day on receipt of shoes with ref Ticket tracking ID: R2W-PP6-PA19. After registering my complain an auto generated mail I have receive saying " We reply to all tickets as soon as possible, within 24 to 48 hours. If we expect your ticket will take additional time, we will update you by sending you an email" .But after that no response came from their end. Also they were not responding over phone.

I had ordered shoes of reebok/adidas original shoes . but company deliver me duplicate shoes and customer care does not response properly. i repeated calls lots of time but customer care does not respond me properly.
It's my humble request to you to replace it with a new one or please refund my money back.

Ordered ADIDAS shoes from bookmyoffer.com on 20.05.2016 and got the product on23.05.2016 . But the product on the site is real ADADAS and the product i got is fake ADIDAS . The product is a lot different from what it is on the site. And now they are not answering my calls and emails. The product price is Rs.1, 149 with order no.[protected]. I bought a new adidas eyota m silver sport shoes worth Rs.1149. Order No.[protected]. But there was unbranded duplicate product in the box. Every people was dupe by this online shoping site(www.bookmyoffer.com). There was the color, & model opposit of my booking. I am a simple person, finding no other alternative, I complain customar forom for refund my money.

I Have ordered a an Adidas shoes with a discounted price of 1150 from book my offer, when I opened the parcel I saw it is a duplicate product and not the genuine one, they are not even responding to my mails and they have given a number [protected] which is of no use.

I am truely annoyed with this company . I've been calling the company since 2 hours on their costumer care . They are simply cutting - off the calls . Out of around 30 calls they have took 1 call in which when i announced the complaint they didnt have anything to answer so they simply cut - off the line. I booked adidas shoes for RS1000 but they delivered me local nike shoes which is worst looking.i informed them but they replied give us 48 hours for get back to u but now 96 hours is over and no reply from them.they are making fool of people.i want may money back .i also called on customer no but it no not connecting and there is not another no as well.

In the last week 12.6.2016, I have ordered a Addidas spring blade shoe in bookmyoffer website order no. [protected].

I am very upset after receiving the product yesterday. It was a fake Nike shoe, In the product descriptions It was given addidas brand with 16 spring blades but they have sent me a fake Nike shoe with 10 blades and not a Nike OEM product ( Nike have no such product).

Kindly help me to replace the same as per the description or refund

They delivered the different product to which they usually mentioned...
Same thing happened to me as well. I ordered nokia 1100 phone and they delivered different model phone to me.
I requested them to either replace or return my money back.
