I ordered a 2powerbank and still i cannot replace or return it. I was trying to call them last 5days even i sent mail also many times no response from their side. What the hell they are thinking about the customer i dont know. I was calling madly for more than 20 times no response my money only went. Kindly get my return and refund me or it won't be good

I have ordered nokia 1100 and the order number is [protected]. But they send me the phone nokia 1112 and moreover the phone is not working.
I did show the phone in the mobile repair shop. He said the phone does not work, because the mother board is gone. I have raised a complaint, but i am not sure whether they replace the product.

I suggest, please do not buy products in bookmyoffer website. I ordered phone without checking the review of bookmyoffer and will not use it anymore.

I have received a duplicate product via order # [protected]. I am trying to call customer support but they are not lifting the call. Please help me on refund process. They are not even replying for mail.

When i put charging 4 points are charged with in a second.

I have charged it for 10 hours, after that i put charging through power bank to my phone, immediately all the 4 points have come down and its switched off.

I have received the order on 16th may which is nike blue colour shoe and that to not looking original by anyway in finishing and stitching.

When i complaint the same to book my offer team they completely denied to return the money however in their return policy it is clearly mentioned that if product is different or damaged it is eligible for refund.

I have received power bank in breakage form and it is not charging because in this damaged and creaked chargeable cells attached only for weight increase of power bank.your product image attached here as i received. i have called many time on your customer care no. but no one pick the same.
I want my money back or replace the product with genuine product urgently.

I booked a samsung power bank 16800 mah in 30th april. They send me xiaomi power bank in 14th may. This is not working condition plese sent me samsung powerbank and return the dead powerbank. I called them more than15 times the answering machine replied and connect the complaint section. There was no answer from there. I tried to charge my mobile with this powerbank it is charged only 5% and switch off the power bank. So please do the needful

I purchased shoes online which was showing adidas at the time of purchase but now some duplicate shoes are delivery to me today dated. 16.05.16. No one is picking up the phone at the customer care of this website.

I booked the nike shoes of orange color but I received the shoes of different brand and different color. i ordered power bank of 20400mah of mi company on 25th april and it was deliverd on 28th april. when i open the box i found that there was an power bank of samsung company and it was just an empty box of power bank.. it was completelly an froud. i complaint about that to the customer suport of bookmyoffer.com by e mail and by call also and they said that thay will refund or change the product within 7 days. but now its being 15 days and i called them many times from last few days but they dint response to my call or email. please help me.
