Products ordered r duplicate its not a fast track watch just the name of brand .

I have received the fake samsung 20800 mah power bank item. While i was tried to contact customer care center of the "bookmyoffer" but it was lifted every ph for 5 to 10 seconds only, and i send a complaint by email, still they did not give any response from their site. So, i think i was cheated by them. I need your help...
