I have booked a sony power bank of. 25000 mah at book my offer shopping deal, but i received the power bank of 20080 mah xiomi mi. It's very bad shopping company to book any product. I advised to everyone don't book any product from this shopping deal. It always supply bad product to customers than booking products. If possible pse return my product means xiomi power bank. I have ordered a pair of shoe from bookmyoffer and i found them not exactly what they displayed in the website so wanted to return them and when i tried reaching them via customer care number no one responded back to the emails and i wrote couple of emails to them still no response from them very poor in customer support. Products ordered r duplicate its not a fast track watch just the name of brand .
jeans i have ordered 34 sizes but i got 28 size n 26 size n also they r very poor in quality and i will request a refund coz quality is very poor if i replace.

I have received the fake samsung 20800 mah power bank item. While i was tried to contact customer care center of the "bookmyoffer" but it was lifted every ph for 5 to 10 seconds only, and i send a complaint by email, still they did not give any response from their site. So, i think i was cheated by them. I need your help to recover my money.

Also when i dial customer care number no.[protected] the no. Is only ringing & press 1 2 3 that's all.
I would suggest the entire public to boycott and not to buy products from bookmyorder.com
I will suerly complain in it consumer court.

I had ordered a mi power bank 10800 mah from saturday sunday media internet pvt ltd, that is www.bookmyoffer.com. The product was delivered to me on 26-april-2016 and i found the product was damaged. I tried calling on the call center number but no body responded to the calls. I sent mail to their email id on 28 april 16 to 05 may 16 [protected]@bookmyoffer.com. On 27.05.2016 i called up again and a boy picked up the but her response was not in proper manner. She was not ready to talk to me also. After taking the order number suddenly checked in and system and did not respond properly and told me if you have a sent a mail the back end team will reply back to you. The company is doing fraudulent to the customer, better take action immediately on this company. My order no. Unibmoc209871 and ref. No.[protected]. I have paid rs. 448/- by cash at the time of delivery. Kindly help getting back the good product or money.
