I purchased a samsung power bank from this website. It was totally duplicate product and defective. It never worked. When i tried to contact customer care it took many days for feedback. They said you will receive new product within 7 days. Whole month passed but neither i received the product nor they are attending calls.In reviews of the company facebook page, hundreds of people had made complaint for the same issue. We all are feeling cheated where we lost our money and company is not taking any action. Please help us out on this issue.

2-3days back a call came by from the site bookmyoffer to return my money from these numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. They want my atm card no. And expiry date.
Then he again calls me that your atm card is not register and also mobile no. Not register. I did every thing.
Then he said that he will transfer money to my account. He said just tell me the message he have sent also otp no. For confirmation of my account.
After giving otp 2 - 3 times 5000/- get deducted from my account. And i get no response.
The incident happen today 20/5/16 at 6pm. I'm doubtful that company's men are doing these fraud because they have all information. I didn't get my money, instead i lost 5000/- plz trace the no. One person name is suliman qurashi. No is [protected]

I would suggest the entire public to boycott and not to buy products from bookmyorder.com

Its not working, its doesnt charge the phones, takes long time to be fully charged and battery drains out quickly. I want to replace it as soon as possible. My name is sharad besoya. I have placed an order for nike shoes as per the attached image which cost for 1650 for my order no:[protected]. But the shoes i have receievd is totally different for what i have expected. Kindly refund the money i paid.
We customers blindly believe the online shopping blogs but now its really feeling bad to buy throgh online after seeing this product.

But it's ok if I get same products which picture you shown .those product I got it is so bad and worth less ... I never purchase any product through your website ... I have booked 9 number of addidas/reebok men's albis 1.0 mesh running shoes under order confirmation no [protected] on 10.05.2016 at 12.42 hrs. The shoe of 8 number delivered on[protected] instead of 9 number, which is highly objectionable. Due to reasons i want to return the same as it seems that this site is not trusted at all. As per description its black glasses but received blue shade glasses which clearly shows in video. Moreover as per description its oem product for which i have received glasses which is not glass its made from plastic material. Is ray ban using plastic material in their product??


When i called to your customer case your executive kusum told to share unboxing video on this mail id, which implies your executive doesn't believe on customer word and asking for proof.

I have ordered the 25000mah battery bank but I received 16800mah. Moreover received battery bank is also not up to mark. I'm charged it whole night but it's backup is zero. Got dead product. They have replaced the product with another dead product.

However let me give you brief summary:-

1. Received dead product on 22 april 2016 and raised a ticket for the same. (Case tracking id: w8z-x9s-war2)
2. Very hard to contact customer care (Call disconnect automatically after 30 sec)
3. Got a chance to talk to customer care but got the replacement after 20 days which is again a dead product.
4. Now, trying to contact everyone from last 10 days but no one is listening.

The product is not what i ordered and was given a different product that too so fake that even a kid can recognized it.

I have received a call regarding refund of money (As i purchased a power bank through bookmyoffer, but the product was broken, i requested them to refund money ₹ 448/-. After few days i received call from executive (Mob: [protected]) regarding refund and asked me to say card details as they do refund through card to card transaction. At first i didnot trusted her but she said hdfc executives also here to solve the issue regarding refund then i revealed my card details and lost ₹ 2000/-. So my total lost of money is ₹ 2448/-. I request to the forum heads to take necessary action on bookmyoffer to stop this kind of illegal business and punish them and refund my money.

I have purchased a 20800mah xiaomi MI powerbank.But the product i received is faulty .it was not getting on. I have charged it for 4hours, still it is not getting on.i have contacted customer care number of bookmyoffer. Com but no proper response. i was promised to get original MI Powerbank but i received fake/duplicate as well as faulty one. This is against cosumer rights. Bought the above referred power bank on 5th may.. Just connected to mobile for few seconds it was showing as charging... Then i have disconnected and kept. After a week when checked.. Same thing it works only for few seconds and then one by one light indication comes down and shows empty within few seconds. Repeatedly charged and tried... But not working..
